Best WLM Reviews

Don't get over this way too much. Stopped by since we were close. I'm glad we did. Very nice clean, friendly restaurant. The waitress was great, super helpful, and friendly. They have a large menu selection. Good prices. The food came out quick and delicious. I liked everything about this place. We will be back to try some more menu items.
Service was good. Atmosphere was dated, but good location. Food was disappointing and not worth the price. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but it just seemed boring and dated. I would expect the cost to be half as much. The draft beer I had was reasonably priced and the highlight of my meal.
Went fishing and caught the place after fishing! Good price and very friendly. Hubby said he will go here once a month if we end up living in the area. LoL
I’m bewildered as to why anyone comes here unless they just keep trying to see if it gets any better. Like I’ve done 3-4 times. I mean it’s a beautiful spot on the Potomac! This has potential of being a really nice place with good food but it’s not. Its cafeteria lighting, fast food seating, and lack comfortable atmosphere does not invite you in. The food is ridiculously expensive which would be fine if the food was good. Paying high prices for sub-par food just makes people feel stupid. The crab legs and shrimp were decent but ridiculous price. The crab dip was awful! The ice tea was even bitter tasting (how do you screw up ice tea?) grandson got key lime pie and it was good so I got two pieces to go home since I didn’t eat anything but hush puppies for dinner (those were good). The pie was thrown in a box with zero effort, no whip cream or cherries like what was presented at the table. One piece was broken so it was 3/4 of a piece of pie. Like I said I’ve tried this place 3-4 times and each time I’m left wondering why I went. I won’t be doing that again.
Ate here for the first time. If you're traveling through, or staying for the summer season, DEFINITELY hit this place up.
If you're lucky, you'll get Melissa as a server. She's incredibly sweet and accommodating.
As of writing this, the seafood buffet is $45 per person, and the salad buffet is $19.
You can also get everything a la carte, if you'd rather.
They have plenty of fried options, but if you want oysters (they don't serve them raw), you'll have to settle for fried or in a soup.
Everything we had was good and fresh, so you can't go wrong!
They have great pricing for kids too. Expect to pay between $20-$50 per adult, more if you're drinking.
I have a 4 star on the atmosphere because the place could use a face lift, but otherwise can't complain :-)
Really great service, staff was friendly and service was fast. Had the buffet this round a d it was good. Probably even better during season. Would definitely recommend this place for for some good seafood. Will be stopping by this location again if I get the chance to.
Service was great; attentive but not obtrusive. The view through the windows of the river were nice.
Food was not exceptional, just...average. We had the fried shrimp and the fried flounder/oyster dinners. Nothing to make me tell anyone "you should try this place". The dinners were just ok. The price for the dinners were a bit too expensive for what would've been fair to charge for just "ok".
First time eating at Wilkerson's. We sat in a booth so we could look out over the water. We had 2 cups of oyster stew and a great salad before our dinners arrived. The waitress was a wonderful young lady and very attentive. Dinner was jumbo shrimp for my wife and steamed shrimp for me. The meal was great! Also had hushpuppies for pur bread. Highly recommend Wilkerson's plan on going back for their seafood buffet on a Friday or Saturday night.
