1st time going now tbh 20 mins wait was actually 10 min!!!! Young lady called the people in the back 4xs just to show me how big a large pan was ????????????????. I got the large also a pan would be amazing if you have a greedy partner in crime( my kids). Now to the food fully covered in sauce big plus meat was tender and juicy. Smokey taste check once again yall know I love my fries ???????? combination of grease and bbq sauce made me an excellent French frie sandwich.... basically take the bread scoop up the fries in the bread dip it in the sauce OMG... gotta go back also yes this place is worth a try guys
The food was delicious. Ribs cooked well, chopped portion was excellent. The chicken was fried hard but most inside. The fries were drowned in mild sauce but that was by choice. This place is cash only,
Also it’s better to order ahead to avoid the long wait. Also the inside lobby was cooking ???? it was cooler outside.
Ordered a steak burger and large rib&tip combo. Get home and food is cold (I only stay up the street). Call in to let them know my ribs came with no tip. Lady tells me to bring my food back so they can look in my food to make sure I didn’t receive links. Ummmm no ma’am your no breathing over my food. Are you making me more she says no. Well I’m not bringing my food in for anyone to be looking over after I left. She says come back to get two links like I’m being compensated for them messing up my order. It’s 19 degrees outside do I look like I wanna come back andddd you acting like I messed up my order. No ma’am, I’d never go back or send anyone to wileys. Ribs touch but the fries and sauce are good. Here’s the picture she told me to send in as proof I had no links.
Been looking for a good rib joint and I've heard a lot about this place. The ribs smell amazing when I'm driving by, and there's always a line going out the door, so I decided to stop by after work. Cash only, decent prices, but DON'T TRUST THE HYPE. The rib tips are meaty but tough, small portion (more fries than meat). They're bland, pretty dry, and there's no sauce on my order (do y'all see those fries). I won't be going back.
Recently I experienced the rib tips to be tough and chewy and I believed it's because they are being cooked too fast ... Rib tips used to be tender and their sauce is awesome! Now I have to find another bbq joint where there tips are cooked to perfectio... Used to love Wiley's but had to let them go! Probably will try them again in the future.. hopefully they will have another grill master! ????

Go EARLY or MID AFTERNOON...or the wait time may be excessive due to dinner crowd demand. However, its WORTH the WAIT!!????
My experience was pleasant. I went on a mid-Sunday afternoon kinda a last minute decision of which I'm glad I did, the food was so tasty and the rib tips were mouth watering succulent as was the chicken too.????????
This little bbq Shack has some of the best fried chicken wings. They are seasoned
to perfection, golden, and crispy. The rib tips are okay. They were a little tough and hard to chew.
