It's a fantastic breakfast place if you are at downtown. I wanted to visit this place as a downtown experience and it was definitely worth the travel time. Fantastic staff and atmosphere. My 2 egg style breakfast was super delicious. I especially love that the pancakes have powdered sugar on top (which I like the most ????). This place crowded by 9am, so be prepared for some expected wait time unless you come early for quick service. Speaking of quick service, my food got just in time and so I left a tip and a nice note because I know how much hard work these workers go through at downtown, especially on the weekends. Thanks for making my experience very welcoming ????
What I loved most about Wildberry Pancakes & Cafe was the restaurant's cozy yet elegant atmosphere. It's a relaxing spot, even during busy times, and the service is quick. Their menu has everything you need for the perfect American breakfast. Plus, it's conveniently located downtown in a beautiful area of Chicago. Their delicious pancakes are absolutely mouthwatering, and the portions are huge!
So delicious. Huge menu (kid friendly options)! I recommend the cinnamon roll pancakes. Staff was attentive. I went at a busy time so the restaurant was quite loud, but personally it doesn’t bother me.
After a brisk early morning walk I found this awesome breakfast spot.
I did order a take out of eggs, turkey sausage and pancakes. They gave a rather good sized portion for the price. The food was delicious and satisfying.
The staff was so friendly. They knew I had to get back to the hotel for a meeting and worked quickly to get my order out.
It is located in a convenient spot and close to Millennium Park and the hotels. There is ample seating.
Wow, you get what you pay for.
Portions are very filling. Unless you were starving, you will leave with leftovers.
It was about a 10 minute wait to get our table. After we sat down everything happened quick.
After placing our order, it took the kitchen a solid four minutes to have our food ready.
Had a 30 minute wait for 4 people but ended up waiting only about 15 minutes.
Service was quick and enjoyed it. Amy was great with recommendations and checked on us frequently.
The butcher skillet and beery bliss pancake was large enough to spit between my husband and I with some leftovers. Everything was great from beginning to end and can’t wait to come back again when visiting Chicago.
We visited Wildberry pancakes and cafe this morning for breakfast. There was a party of 4, we had the signature berry bliss crepe, strawberry almond french toast, signature berry bliss French toast and mixed meats with hash browns. The crepe was to die for! The French toast was delicious! I have to visit again to try their pancakes.. they looked incredible!
I can’t say anything that hasn’t been said already. I was amazed on the service and how fast orders came from the kitchen. Not just our order, all orders. Every table around us, including us received their order around 5 minutes after placing the order. Servers were not forgetting anything.
Plus the food was amazing! I can’t wait to be back in Chicago to eat here again. My Rubin sandwich was the absolute best, the fried egg sent it over the top!
