I’ve been here four times. The first few times the owner or his wife had done my nails and did a fantastic job. The last time there was a man with a shaved head and my fill was hands down the most painful I have ever had. He got the prep chemicals all over my fingers and my hands were ON FIRE the entire time. He was also very rough with the drill to the point the skin around my nails was torn up. The polish was very poorly done and streaky. He blamed it on the matte topcoat- but I have always gotten matte and they have never looked so bad.
This shop did not want my money today ? I asked to PAY for a polish change . Of course she said she could not paint my nails with regular nail polish , only gel !!!
I told her I will take good care of u pay to take this off but I change colors so much I do not need or want gel
She then proceeded to say she could not do a color change and take off jewels I said I would pay . This shop just wanted to take off the nails I just got charge me a new set and gel !
I’m flabbergasted and they did not want money today !
Went to get a fill he could not get the shape right as you can see with the ring finger. Secondly make sure you guys check your receipt they make up prices in their heads and when bringing up the issue politely it was handled poorly and very unprofessional he had stated “it was not much of a difference and I recommend you not to coming back” when he had to correct the mistake.
I love this place! The owners Vanessa and Bobby are awesome folks. All the techs are friendly. Outstanding work by all of them. Great atmosphere and the clients interact when we're all together
The fastest Deluxe pedicure I ever had. For $42 I expected a little more time and attention. I felt like there was a contest of who could be the fastest. And no other people were waiting. Less than 30 minutes. And didn’t even get my cuticles pushed back and trimmed on my big toes. Second time here. Last time now.
Everyone is so friendly! Never have a problem of scheduling an appointment, I'm taken care of right away when I arrive. I love watching HGTV when I'm getting my pedicure.
Been visiting Vanessa and her husband for years. They have a solid customer base and they'll never forget your name.
