A very very very nice place to come for any and everything you want from hair packs, to jewelry, to makeup, to nails, to wigs, to perms, to house shoes, to human hair, face product, to eye liner, to eyelashes, to much more...
This place is getting ridiculous. They act so paranoid as if customers are going to steal everything, especially if you are looking at the jewelry. Who in their right mind would consider stealing $1 and $2 earrings and necklaces? And the older man behind the counter won't even put your items in a bag or he holds the bag hostage until you have entered your debit card pin and it has been approved. I wonder how many customers do they get that brings items to the counter knowing they have no money to pay for them
They suck with customer service ???????????????????????????????? worst I've ever experienced
I was satisfied with my visit. The only issue I had was when I got to the register the cashier didn't know the exact prices of some of the items I purchased. Other than that it was a good overall experience. The staff was friendly and patient with me and I really appreciate that!
The lady working there helped me with no attitude or problems. However, the owner or whoever he was got rude with me because I asked for a receipt. I came in to exchange something and he refused to give me my receipt back! He went on to tell me that I didn't need it and I wasn't gonna come back again trying to exchange. I exchanged some $4.99 braiding hair! Places like this don't need business of they don't treat customers any better.
My mother went and she loves the place anything you want is in that store.
They're ok. The selection of wigs are usually nice but today they were kinda gross
I love how they redid the store. I will be visiting again.
