They sell poor quality merchandise, the displays are not the same as the hair that you purchase, they are not very fund of blacks, No refunds or exchanges because they know how bad their merchandise is. I was watched like a hawk my a man that looked like a statue, funny thing is if blacks don't buy their merchandise no one will, ATTENTION ALL BLACKS THEY HATE US BUT WE SPEND OUR MONEY IN THEIR STORES, EDUCATE YOURSELF AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.
The owner is a greedy lady. She charge me for a wig to get cut that I purchased there at a time of her styles been off duty. She told me to come back another day just to charge me more money.
Went in looking for a wig. Notice they sold braid hair and wanted to know about name brands and prices. The Aisian lady said if I wasnt buying she wasn't going to check the prices or let me know any information. That was rude and not professionally. I really liked the wig I found but I will not ever step back in that store.
DO NOOOOOT GO HERE!!!!!! i am seeing a lot of comments saying shes racist with black people, im white and i feel that she was the same with me! THIS IS A TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. there was NO sign saying how many wigs you could try on and when i found one i liked she told me i had tried on as many wigs as i was allowed to try on! HOW AM I GOING TO FIND ONE I LIKE IF I CANT TRY IT ON. asian lady is VERY RUDE. i hope they go out of business!!
I went in looking for a human hair bob lace front wig. The lady did not once put down her bowl of noodles kept eating the whole time while talking to me. They showed me a wig that I have clearly saw online for $100 was priced for over $300. Also never tell the customer something is expensive. Expensive can be different for different people. What others might think of as expensive I might think of as cheap. Or vice versa.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE !! This store has the Worse CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The Son of the owner carries a GUN and treats minority customers and employees as if they were SLAVES!! The owners are quick to say GET OUT!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH PEOPLE THAT CAN NOT RESPECT YOU BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY. There are many other stores in the DFW area that sale wigs GO THERE... Do what THEY SAY GET OUT WITH YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT WITH ANOTHER RETAILER!! PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO SHOP HERE!!!!
This is a case of the stereotypical Asian (foreigner) who sets up shop in the hood but treats all black people like criminals & thieves. When my husband, daughter, & I entered the store to look at wigs to purchase, she followed us around the store with that "Hurry up & buy" mannerisms with English we couldn't understand. Telling us we couldn't try on anything just buy it. She was very short & ridiculously racist. We gave her her wig back & left. Stereotypical foreign no English speaking racist little lady. I don't wish her peace or prosperity. Hope ppl wake up and she goes out of business for her demeanor.
YJ. Is amazing to work with he always has what I need. I give him a lot of grief with my movie wigs request but he always delivers with a smile. And the ladies he has styling for him are just fabulous. I love going in. Best wig store I have been in. In fact when I am not working in Dallas I will send RJ a pic and he will send me the perfect wig to match my actors hair. This place is the best!
