I had ordered bbq mac n cheese and this is what I received. Not to mention it was cold so not even edible. I paid $6 for this and it was my first time trying this chain. I politely called and asked to speak with the manager and the lady got defensive and hung up. 0/10 service.
Love the hot dogs I ordered 12 hot dogs and 2 fries with a drink came out to 61.00. That's outrageous so I cut it down to 6 and fries. I love the dogs here just need be lil cheaper.
I love this place. It has the best dogs and other items anyone could ever desire. I have been coming here since I was a kid and I highly recommend it to anyone near LSU or near a Der Wienerschnitzel. Enjoy..
Workers were very rude. We went to walk up window and she told us it's drive thru only. It has always been both. So we load back up in car and drive thru the drive thru and she tells us they aren't taking drive thru orders, only taking door dash orders only. Nothing else. She, the older woman was very rude to us. She had people out in the front patio eating food. Would never recommend them to anyone.
Ashame too, because I love this place and have eaten there for 20+ years.
She needs to get checked on the attitude and her management skills.
If you like rude subhuman animals with plenty of ghetto attude than this is the place for you! Nothing like a filthy dirty unwashed looking rude animal taking your order and handling you food. Don't forget to enjoy the sewer smell at the window. Not sure if it's the subhuman at the window, the place itself, or an outside issue but wow it sure does add to the overall ghetto experience you'll have here
Don't know what Zach Issa talking about this place doesn't even offer BBQ Mac and cheese on there menu . He just trying to destroy this place reputation that all I love this place food
I love these hot dogs. They are the bomb. I love them on general. Lol fresh fries always.
This place is disgusting period and when I tried to find someone higher up to resolve the issue respectfully there was none sooo I have no choice but to rate them… they were no gloves and their attitudes are nasty.. will never go back.. and it’s sad to say but im sure no one else cares over there at this place and how their rating is not lower than a 4 I don’t know but I rate them with negative stars
