The very kind bartender was all by himself shuffling around breakfast plates and making bloody marys for several customers- please get him some assistance.
Breakfast tacos were pretty good (warm eggs, crispy bacon), but potatoes were so-so (not warm, not crunchy). Coffee was OK. Overall, it met the mark for a quick, warm, sit down breakfast (not many options in terminal C).
My partner and I shared 2 orders of the Spicy Tuna and one of the California Roll. Both were delicious but the tuna was definitely our favorite. (It comes with eight pieces but we were so hungry we forgot to take a picture first, thus the six pieces you see in the photo)
As others have noted, it's a little expensive, but considering this is an airport, the service was very quick, and the sushi was delicious, I think it makes sense and is really worth it. This corner of the airport is relatively quiet as well. Over all, a great experience!
Stopped by here for a quick lunch before my flight, drawn in by the amazing view of the airplane runway from the location - a definite plus! However, the sushi bowl was a letdown. While the ingredients were fresh, the taste didn't meet the usual standards I expect from sushi. It lacked the authentic flavors I anticipated. Nevertheless, if you're seeking a meal with a view, this place might be worth it. Just consider exploring other options on the menu.
Perfectly adequate for "airport sushi" but doesn't really beat "gas station sushi". Better than no sushi but for the price it really needs to be much better. Sake selection is a joke.

I was lucky to have my gate next to the resto. Super good rolls (my highlight is the ones with crab meat and wasaby inside) and very fast and friendly service.
I don’t usually eat at the airport, but after a delayed flight I went to try some sushi rolls and poke here. I was quite pleasantly surprised with the food quality and taste. The tuna and salmon in the poke bowls were really tasty. The sushi rolls were good as well. The drinks were really refreshing and made well. Super friendly waitress!!
Is there an extra star for providing a quiet and comfortable spot to relax until the flight? Maybe…
The food is prepared on site after you order it, this is no gas station sushi. This is top notch fresh and delicious. We had the Chicago Dragon roll (among other) which was just, wow, mouthwatering.
Free refills on our normal drinks, and since it is at the end of the terminal there isn’t much outside traffic noise.
Cushy Booths or bar seats available.
Variety of mixed drinks and beers.
We were here at around 3, and there was plenty of seating.
