SAD TO SAY, my 1st visit to this place was NOT GOOD. NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AT ALL
1. MET a friend here.
2. She was there 15-20 & had ordered Coffee
Once I got there, 20 min later
She still was not served her coffee.
3. The place was practically empty
was only 4 at a table along side of us 2.
4. The server, spend a Long amount of time talking to 1-2 people at the check out counter. No money was passed. Just talking
5. We waited 10-15 more min.
No one came to take our order, bring coffee, water, Nothing. Not even to say,
" I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU "!!
6. WE LEFT & WENT TO IHOP
GREAT SERVICE THERE, EVEN WITH A HOUSE FULL OF PEOPLE.....

Customer Service is Very important in this day & age... a Smile, a glass of water offered while we wait. Something tablet us know, you are glad we came

1st time and service was terrible. Just down right trash ???? throw the whole server away. Talk darkish guy with big lips looking at every woman coming into the establishment instead of taking the order; then he is checking customers out in a very inappropriate manner. Kept forget for the items we order right after asking! It was annoying to keep repeating the same thing over and over again. Him not paying attention made Wii Jammin look bad. The food took forever to come and the fried rice with added chicken was okay the chicken didn’t have any flavor whats so ever. And he said he’d bring a spoon and forgot to bring the spoon I had to remind him of that he then brought a fork ????. The French toast was soft the cereal wasn’t flaky and crunchy it was dry and soggy the potatoes weren’t crispy and crunchy they were soft. He forgot to bring our drinks with our food the service was so bad I took my food to go. $71.00 for 45 minutes of freezing because the establishment is so cold it’s freezing inside. Should’ve went to PICO ????????♀️
It was good,bit they have a couple of locations and they both have their own thing going so check which one is serving what, very spicy,had the spaghetti ,shrimp and a marinated chicken breast it was pretty small a n dry, everything else was good.
I can’t believe this was my first time eating here. Oh what flavorful goodness! I wasn’t prepared for how spicy the food would taste. I love spicy food, of course. It was a pleasant surprise. Brian took our takeout order and he was super nice and took his time going through the menu with us and pointing out dishes we should try. Can’t wait ti come back. You gotta come try for yourself. Highly recommend.
It's crazy that the food is Really good But the time that it showes to be open on Google says different took me out of my way a few times Not Good for biz I googled This spot in Inglewood says it closes 8 and it says it's open I lyft here and It's closed Why have a business and 1 you close earlier than what Is posted on Google 2 The waitress Is very Rude... on top of it They don't are No cards that let's you know they don't have insurance incase anything happens with payments or anything else because You can't pay with No cards unless it's a Bank card.... GOOD FOOD BAD SERVICE
Lack of communication. Unable to follow online directions about order. Waited an extra 30 mins and was giving someone else’s order. Then my order was wrong. Hire better staff
was in town for a concert when we stumbled across this place and so glad we did! the food was amazing and great portion sizes for the price! service was also amazing the server was very kind and very helpful and so was the lady who helped us on our way in! beautiful place, will stop by if i’m back in town!
This is an amazing establishment!!I am from Ohio and stopped by to grab a bite after the Super Bowl while waiting for our ride share pick up. We ordered french toast and bacon to go (best bacon ever!) and ended up enjoying meeting the wi jammin family - all Wonderful people. Who could ask for anything more? - delicious food (thanks for the Jamaican patties!), spotless interior (including the kitchen - we got a glimpse on our way out) dining room and restrooms, and the friendliest of staff - OVERALL EXPERIENCE A+. I will come by again if ever in the area. Thank you! We love you Wi Jammin!!!
