I have eaten here several times and couldn't believe it when I realized I had not left a review yet. They service is way above average, some of the friendliest folks I've met working at a restaurant. The food is awesome, normally get the veggie pho, but while I am waiting for my order to be made, yes the make each order fresh when you order it, I look around at the other phenomenal dishes coming out of the kitchen. This is a great place to eat some of the best Thai food around.
The best food, every dish is absolutely delicious. Always a good idea to come here. Seems short staffed at times, but staff is always friendly. Food comes out in a timely manner, which is great.
My medium-spicy cashew chicken was WAY too salty with little spice. I had to eat it with lots of rice (to be able to choke it down) and feed the rest of it to my retriever. My husband said his orange chicken was too sweet, so maybe the cook has diminished taste buds. The water was good and very cold, and the waitress was very friendly.
Have to give these guys a shout out because they are my go-to takeout option, especially if I'm feeling under the weather. Their pho is the best in Yakima IMO - you can tell that they use actual bones for the broth, so it is hearty and flavorful, not like the broths made with watered down stock. They always include plenty of noodles and toppings to go. Sometimes they don't answer the phone when they are busy, so I just show up and plan a 15 minute errand on that side of town while I wait for the food to be ready.
Waited 35 min for my takeout sitting in front of them, and then they inform me they never even put the order in. What a joke. Such a shame. They said they would remake the food, but at this point I had to go, I had no time left to wait.
Get this, they said they refunded me my money, lies! It literally posted on my card. I love paying for food that I never got. Scam artists!
Service was good. Staff was politie. I ordered cashew chicken and got dried out chicken, cashews and nothing else except 3 cucumbers rounds off to the side. No sauce. Not any kind of Thai meal I've ever received. I called with my concerns. No response, no apologies.
Excellent service!! The customer service was phenomenal, I was given recommendations that were very helpful. The food was also excellent. For lunch my entree was $16 and with fruit tea it came to a bit more than $20, I felt that this was a bit too expensive for lunch. Overall a good experience and I plan on visiting again
The pho was overly greasy. It was slimy and tasted like grease. The spring rolls were so delicious but it wasn't worth eating here. The pop was flat and tasted watery. The waitress didn't check on us. Won't be returning.
