Experienced, friendly service. I had new wheels installed on my car. They took great care of my car and the wheels look great.
My first visit, and my experience was excellent. I feel like they were really honest and was of help to me.
This place is great! Just had a flat today and took them the tire/wheel. Since I bought them there, they fixed it, remounted it, and put my spare away, all for no charge! There is another tire store nearby but In-N-Out (Wholesale) impressed me with their overall cleanliness and professionalism. My family has been doing business with them for four years now and I see it continuing into the future.
They were very professional and did a good job. If I need any service, I will definitely take it here.
Friendly staff, tire prices as expected. It took them an hour to put on two tires which seemed a bit excessive to me. I feel scheduling should be spread out better to allow the garage the correct amount of time to install the tires. Overall it was a good experience.
Great Service!!! On our way to Hilton Head found our tire going down at 6:00 am, stopped at a McDonalds in Fairmont, WV to put the spare on only to find the jack won’t lift the truck high enough. Googled closest repair shop and found In and Out tire opened at 8:00 so we got there at 7:30 and were greeted by a very friendly lady, I work at a GM dealer as a service advisor and know how I feel when I come in 1/2 hour before my shift and there is someone sitting outside with no appointment ready to screw up my day! She offered us fresh coffee and told us to come inside with the dogs. We left at 8:30 with a valve stem repair that cost $10. We tipped the technician and told him to get something for lunch. Awesome customer service!!!
They are fine to do basic work on tires, but not capable of doing a good job of much more. Had a family member’s car for what was originally to be a four hour job that turned into multiple days to do some more in-depth maintenance and completely botched the job. They have had to take it to another garage twice to fix work that was said to have been done. This is only the beginning of uncovering their failures on this car.
OUTSTANDING service. I paid WAY too much the last time I bought tires at another shop. (I won't name names but it rhymes with SlotMelty)
I was treated very well. My tires were an affordable price and they had them installed and I was back on the road in an hour.
Whats MORE: I picked up a nail in my front left tire about a month later. I called them up and they said to bring it in at 1PM (An hour after my call) and they repaired the puncture FREE OF CHARGE! I highly recommend this tire dealer!!
