Place an order for curbside pickup on sunday, added two items Monday 3 hours before my pickup time and 2 1/2 hours before the order was listed as being packed 1 minute after submitting the add-on items I received an email stating that my add-on items were unavailable and no appropriate substitutions were available, all of my added items were listed as available on the site. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order I went inside the store to check on the status of my apparently unavailable add-ons and found all the items were in stock as well as multiple substitution options available. Note, I went into the store approximately 30 minutes after my order was packed, so I can't see the items going from completely out of stock to you completely stocked in 30 minutes. When I brought this manner to the attention of the management of the store they did absolutely nothing and I was told to contact Amazon customer service. I will not be doing business with the story again and I recommend others do the same.
Nice selections. I stopped in with family for some health essentials & we enjoyed the self serve options. I had fruit which was perfectly ripened & very fresh. We love it here.
This location is amazing. From the selection of items in the hot bar and salad bar, to the coffee shop, and even the roof top lounge area and roof deck - this place really has it all. They have cornhole and picnic tables on the roof deck for you to take food and eat, or study/work remotely for ur lunch. Next level.
Very clean and organized store. Non-intrusive but helpful staff.
The produce section has a very abundant selection of fresh veggies and fruits. There is a fresh fish section as well which has a nice selection which the store gets in every couple of days.
The ready to eat food section has many different varieties of dishes from all over the world, and classics from America.
There's even a rooftop seating area to eat at, with a garden.
There are also Amazon lockers for package delivery.
Good location, though some items and the placement within the store is a bit different than used to. Blender bottles are in with the soaps, chia seeds are by the candles. But other than small differences it’s nice. Be aware that sometimes Amazon prime does not always match the price inside the store. I think it’s very easy to forget what you are paying for and what the sticker price was on the shelf. Definitely recommend the salad bar.
I was a loyal, dedicated Whole Foods shopper for years. Times and personal circumstances have changed. Great selection, attractive environment but I just can’t afford it anymore. I get it: we’re paying for quality and it shouldn’t have to be a choice between paying for organic extra virgin olive oil or paying the bills but it is. I saw products marked down in price there that were still $2-$3 more than the regular price at my conventional supermarket.
I am a minister of thirty years. It's obvious to me that after several visits to this Whole Foods that there is a systematic laughing at people who look like me by managers at this particular Whole Foods. In addition, there's no way the managers are not mocking employees who look like me. I would like to see that changed. I will be back in a month. Cut out whatever jokes you are telling. Get past your assumptions. We--customers who look like I--can tell. Cut out the smirks. The looking at me from toe to foot when I ask a question. I know you can change. I will be back in a month to shop. I expect to see improvement. You are obviously bright people or you wouldn't be working in such a beautiful store.
I stopped by for the first time for lunch. It’s an absolutely huge Whole Foods. Never have seen one this size. The salad bar area was 4 times bigger than the average Whole Foods. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
