Absolutely disgusting customer service.. Ordered a kebab through just eat but it said collection only.. Only then did I realise this.. When I rang the takeaway requesting for a refund, the manager screamed and shouted over me and I was getting very annoyed by the way I was spoken too.. I still haven't received my refund so not impressed at all!!!!

Ordered for delivery on their own website, they took the money, but set it as a collection. So, when I rang up, the dude would NOT let me speak and spoke over me and said he will not deliver,I went on to ask for my refund but he slammed the phone down!

Tried calling back several times to which he ignored and I’m left with nothing to eat and no money! Absolute douches.

I bought a kebab wrap for my autistic son. He is a fussy eater but he ate all of it without having an episode. Would highly recommend the wrap

Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered 2 pizzas and one came with mushrooms which weren't requested. They also came practicly folded in half and mushed so I phoned up to ask for replacements and I'll give them the pizzas back and I got shouted at down the phone by what I could only assume was the manager so much that my mum had to take over to help with the situation. They agreed to send out another 2 pizzas and when the driver arrived he had only sent out one of the pizzas which arrived exactly the same anyways. Will not be ordering from here again and I will be telling people about my experience with weston grill. Worse service I've ever received.

Always enjoy ordering food from here. The staff are always very friendly. Great range of items such as pizzas, burgers and kebabs. Really reasonably priced. It's also very clean inside which is good to see, highly recommended

Ordered online, ordered from the WRAP section, got delivered a tray instead and was shouted at and told it was not his problem and to blame myself and Uber eats ???? rude angry man who was ‘not shouting’ at the top of his voice

Wouldn't even give a star but had to, to post something but the bloke who owns it is disgusting and horrible to customers, the food is awful and he sneezes and coughs in peoples food, seen him do it half a dozen times when walking past, dont understand how hes still open for business, worst place and person ever
