I have been coming here at least monthly for over 2 years and used to love it. Unfortunately the quality and customer service has gotten absolutely terrible. I brought my sister, niece and mom here in December when they were visiting from out of town. The woman who gave my sister a pedicure cut the inside of the arch of her foot. It was bleeding so bad they had to put and anticoagulant on it to make it stop. The woman didn’t say a thing to her, just applied the med (that apparently stung really bad) and acted like nothing happened. No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing. My niece had a manicure and the male nail tech didn’t trim her cuticles, buff the nails or anything. Just painted them and tried charging us for a full manicure.
Hoping that they just had a bad day that day in December, I came back today to give them another chance. They took me right back for my pedicure and I’m still sitting here soaking my feet waiting for someone to come over. It has been 55 minutes at this point. Maybe it’s just me, but if someone is taken back I think it’s safe to assume it means they’re ready for them. I’m incredibly disappointed at this point and likely won’t return.
I have been coming here for some time but the last time I went I see that they cater more to Caucasian people more then colored people me and another woman came in at the same time they told her they will see her in 20 min but ask me and my cousin could we come back in a hour I’ve seen this too many times to count but they will no longer receive my money for service because at the end of the day I don’t care what color you are our money still spends the same .
I have been coming here for years. I always get great service whenever I get my nails or my eyebrows done. I even got my mom and sister hooked with this place. Everyone is so friendly and know how to take care of you. Love this place :)
I read all of the reviews and decided to try them for myself. I saw and experienced nothing negative. No rudeness or nastiness. Everyone was pleasant. I got the deep dip. Price was what was quoted on phone,, but my choice was 10$ more. I was ok with that. My nail tech was very nice. She saw my natural nails were different lengths and suggested adding to the short ones. She did NOT charge me for this. I gave her a nice tip. Nails came out beautiful! I will return! That was Valentine's day btw. They were busy, but my wait wasn't over long. They still look good
Just okay. $37 + tip for a French pedicure. My toenails were cut in a jagged manner and some toenail edges have sharp corners. Meh. At least "Betty" didn't hurt me. Not terrible but not great. Not impressed. 8/23/21 about 1:00 pm.
Amazing! I took my mom for us both to get deluxe spa pedicures and manicures. They were so nice. They’re wonderful at their job. All the places I’ve been to have missed the sides of nail or rushed, but they’re perfect! My new place for sure
Okay so I asked for the nails in the second picture but a little less long. The lady cut one to try it out and I told her yes that’s perfect she went on to cut it more and more til it was shorter. She wasn’t listening to me at all. She was drilling on my nail way to much and kept hitting my skin with it. Cutting my cuticles way to much and my hands were THROBBING. at the end she looked at the picture and ignored the fact that it had designs so I had to ask her for the butterfly and she said she didn’t have plain black and white butterflies?!? What but okay so I told her she can just do the blue and pink. She told me the price and I was raged. Over the fact that she caused me pain and I had to go back and ask for my design. I decided not to get gems because they would probably be another 20 dollars. OVER PRICED & HORRIBLE SERVICE
My Nail Tech is Tim. He's the best!! One time he kept doing my nails even though the power had gone out.
