Went in to this salon for the first time to get new acrylics. The lady ripped my old acrylic off with her hands instead of letting it soak off, my nails are now very sore. I show them a reference picture of what I wanted and this is what I ended up with. I paid $60 just to turn around and paint them myself. The man who finished my nails hit my skin with the dremel multiple times and filed my actual nail so thin that it hurt when they put the acrylic over it. It’s been 5 hours and my fingers are so sore than I can hardly do anything. I will never step foot near this shop again.

I had a great first experience at VIP Nails in Terre Haute. My nails looked great!! The employees were pretty friendly. Next time I should get my friends to come with me. I definitely recommend them.

The lady that did my pedi was really good. The guy that did the dip was terrible and rude! I have been getting my nails done for years I know how they are supposed to be done. I could have done it myself and saved myself 60$. First and last time going here!!

Went here with my best friend and I asked for the picture below and this is what I got I told him that the black he was using was blue and they kept on telling me it was not it was black very poor quality and very unpleased And I did not ask for a zebra stripes I asked for leopard like in the picture the colors don’t even compare I will never use this place again my nails hurt and my cuticles were not cleaned up

TERRIBLE! Will never go back. WAY overpriced for under quality work!

I went in today with my 5 year old daughter, my sister, and 5 year old niece. We all got pedicures and my sister got a full set. We were rushed to pick colors so we would sit down. My daughter didn't get to pick her own color, my sister had to do it for her. My tech cut my cuticles AT LEAST 6 times, where they were bleeding, and then sprayed them with alcohol. (I added picture of my toes where blood has dried on them!)

At the register, I was charged $70. I did get gel polish, my daughter did not. We didn't do any deluxe package. I was so fed up at this point, I just paid and left. This place is so ridiculously priced and rude, we will never be back!

TERRIBLE. Waited 40 mins to finally be sat. Rude guy starts sawing away like a manic. It’s 7 pm and they close at 8. 3 other ladies walk in and this guy just flies through my manicure. I was clearly unhappy with one of the colors and he didn’t seem to care or want to fix it. Completely rude the entire time nor even acknowledges me while trying to also work on a different person at the same time!!! This morning while opening my car door my nail chipped. Just a whole 13 hours later. Only to pay 20$ and feel completely P.O.’d ! Most manicurist clean up around the finger where THEY get polish. You can see in the pictures he just left it. Also you can see my nail isn’t completely covered with polish. Unacceptable! Never again!
