I have gone to Vetora in Cambridge then Hamilton for many years, they have always been kind, compassionate, pragmatic and thoughtful in their care of my pets. When my dog recently passed, they showed a level of client care that was both very touching and grounding at such a hard time. Highly recommend.
Really appreciate the team members we dealt with when our cat had to be euthanized. They dealt so well during an emotional situation for our family and showed us an amazing amount of compassion. Thanks so much.

I have always had good experiences here, the vets are always professional and explain so I am able to understand. I have had a couple of times where I have needed appointments the day of and they have managed to fit me in.
When I moved across town I continued to travel to this vet clinic for my cats. The people are all so kind and no gouging prices.
Aurore is my vet she's amazing, she's clear, concise and explains everything in depth ... I feel she truly cares 4 our fur baby's ❤ This is my girl currently having her special wash which she loves (not!!) Aurore is working with me to get her skin problem under control... highly recommend this place been here all my adult life with my animals!!!
