They were very friendly my first time there.. my tech was good @ doing exactly how I like the shape of my toenails… I’m going back to let them do a design this time. Oh and the prices were like my previous nail salon. I moved to this location about 3 months ago.
HORRIBLE costumer service. I went there with me and my aunt and both the lady's rushed and didn't do all the steps correctly. I have been getting my nails done for years and they did horrible.
For this to be my first time here my expectations were not met.
I paid $50 for the service on the left and $35 for the service on the right, they're both gel polish and I got ombre and diamonds on my first set. USA nails should lower their prices if they can't provide better quality designs.
I had an appointment 09.14 scheduled and still was not taken on time. Then when I got in the chair and my service began I feel as though my nail tech was being extremely rough with my fingers turning them and when I would help to turn my hand the direction she needed it she would still twist my fingers however she wanted (irritating) Anyway my service was for a gel fill in and for the $35 I paid I expected the shaping to be much better I feel like my nails are extremely too rounded for square shaped nails and I'm disappointed because I left with a completely different color than what I asked for I wanted a solid green with green glitter on top (very simple) but I left with white because I wasn't understood I kid you not I tried to explain 4 different ways that I wanted more than one glitter coat of polish so that the glitter could really stand out and after so many attempts I just let it go because I began getting very upset. The only good part of my service was the waxing the same lady who did my nails also serviced my wax for me and did an amazing job for my underarms and lip.

I came to this nail salon because I work around the area. I walked in and all staff was with a client, which for me is a good sign the do a good work. I said hello and no body answer back they just stared at me like I had monkeys on the face.. I stood there and said sorry to bother but I just have a quick question. And No one will say anything they just kept staring at me and continue at their work. Until a guy walked up and he didn't even looked at me and ignored me. I just spoke ou loud and ask if they accept walkins in or is by appointment only? The guy just spoke a different language and ignored me. Until a lady spoke and said we accept walk-ins but we are very busy right now. I never return.
Best nail service I ever tried. The service is good ever time I visit.
