This is the BEST nail salon in all of Winchester! I have been going here for about 7 years now. They are busy because they are not only wonderful and offer fantastic services, but are the nicest nail techs I have ever met. They accept walk ins, and if they don’t have time right away to get you in they ALWAYS do their best and give you a better time to come back. This is because they take their time with every customer they see!! Their prices are very reasonable as well considering the great service you receive. They go above and beyond. I always leave relaxed and with beautiful nails! Thank you US Nails!!
I have been visiting this business for 12 years. The price increase is understandable. However, this last week when I had a gel fill with gel polish, I was very disappointed. After my nails were done, I was asked if I wanted a manicure!!! She said, “You know, I fix your cuticles”! I was really upset that I just paid $50 with a $10 tip and then they wanted me to pay even more to take care of my cuticles!!! I now (and the last few months) have had so many hangnails and my fingers actually hurt. I am so sad that this business now only cares about your money and not your loyalty. So long Lan????
US Nails is a shop that has skilled technicians and is very careful when it comes to cleanliness and expects clientele to wear masks as does everyone who works there. There are many choices for nail polish and special features. Want a pedicure? You will find a great one here. Enjoy!
I called and arrived 20 minutes after I called.
Immediately I was taken to get my nails done which is awesome because I know how short-staffed nail salons can be. I asked for a very simple nail design and am not happy whatsoever with it. I tried to explain that I wasn’t happy many times and watched as the acrylic dripped off my nails which if you weren’t aware of shouldn’t be happening. When the tips were glued onto my fingers they kept falling off because they weren’t glued properly. The shape, process, and nail design is sad. I will be going to another salon from now on. Getting into the unprofessionalism. My nail tech didn’t speak to me at all and her co workers laughed and screamed in the background the entire time. I can tell this was a rushed job and am not happy.
Love going here. I prefer Rachel. She always does an outstanding job on my nails. I request her when I make my appointments.
Terrible service and manager is very rude. I called ahead and asked if my husband could come as well for a mani/pedi. I was assured it was fine. Got there and I was helped while he waited an hour and twenty minutes before giving up. Three people came in after him (who didn’t have an appointment either- checked the clipboard) were accommodated. I wonder if it was because he is African American?
