Great selection of products. However, the customer service is lacking. The store is run by minorities who make money off of other minorities. You'd think there would be less attitude and more appreciation for the customer, but I guess that's something they don't learn in their native countries.
Great place to grab beauty items at short notice. They sell everything from earrings and hair to makeup and hats.
Item has been out if stock over 3 months. I am aware the store closes at 8pm but I consider it very rude to turn off the lights with customers inside the store.
Everyone was nice. Pleasant store. Don't wait on anyone to say, "may I help you" because it won't happen. I think that may be just a culture difference between French and American, so don't take it personal. When I approached a representative, she was more than glad to assist me.

Everything was organized so knew exactly where to go for what. Associate was more than knowledgeable about all the products and if not was eager to find out too. Very very friendly and helpful as well! Have not had customer service so personable and friendly in years! Kudos!
This is the second time I’ve tried to shop at this location I was very irritated with the service and I know now that this is the worst hair store to shop at I didn’t leave without letting the managers know that the service was terrible and not everyone who comes in the store is a thief they all need to be trained and then retrained again let people shop in peace have some respect and common curtesy I don’t like being hovered over while shopping I’m a grown women fully capable of picking my own wigs and hair care products this store doesn’t even deserve 1 star
i was incredibly pleased that the employee was willing to take time on a really busy Sunday afternoon to help me out (since I'm a newbie). They have a crazy amount of styles to choose from at reasonable prices. I will be back for sure!!!
