My dream is to study in Switzerland University of Geneva.Switzerland is a beautiful country.
Absolutely terrible! Came across this program yesterday and wanted to apply for a masters. The deadline was 28th of February which I applied for within US time. They took my money and then told me it’s too late to apply because it wasn’t Swiss time. Nowhere on their admissions does it say Swiss time, but a date of 28th of February. And for any other international university I have applied for, they have rolling admissions by your location or they specify the exact time! However, rather than any understanding, everyone tried to make their case why I was wrong and that they won’t help me!
I called reception and they tell me it’s been open since many months to apply and the cutoff time. I explained that i only discovered it yesterday and the date was the 28th of February. I was told to call back after 2AM my time because their admissions department has no email?? And then receptionist wouldn’t even listen or answer my questions, horribly rude and hangs up because she literally said has more important calls.
This entire process sucks and if it’s this bad here, I can’t imagine going overseas to study and learn from them. Minimal communication skills, empathy or understanding and I will probably have to dispute the fee with my bank as fraud because they just took my money and didn’t even let me apply.

Beautiful university in Geneva. The architecture is fantastic. Although it might need a restoration. The library options are very limited. Not much to find for research especially in management or law.
