Usually stopping at the place to get my EV fully charged. The cappuccino is good. All clean and tidy.
On arrival it looked amazing. Brand new in fact. Restaurant was closed 1730-18 ????
Showers where great (HOT & perfect) clean
Car park how ever, very disorganised… no clear exit signs, back round the car the car park twice before I could get out via the garage.
Hope you're not vegetarian! Zero hot vegetarian food on the day we were there. There were salads with fish.
The vegetable side dishes (that were supposed to accompany a beef(?) thing) were cream on carrots, and mashed potatoes. These were both mildly warmer than the room temperature, making me wonder about the heat of the meat dishes.
To add to the delight, they were installing a pay-gate to use the slightly delapidated toilets that only had one functioning soap dispenser. The deafening noise of drilling added to the ambiance.
On the plus side, it made the remaining drive on the motorway in the rain seem much more attractive.
Highway restaurant. Practical food for competitive prices. Nothing culinary, but the food is prepared in front of you, so generally fresh.
The portion size is good, even for hungry travellers (cheeseburger had two patty's of ~2cm thick).
For a 'motorway services' very clean, tidy, excellent food and of course, pricey. A comfortable and clean break is possibe, you don't have to have a 3 course meal.
Very basic, typical motorway service station, food not freshly cooked and very limited choice, good to stop for coffee
