They were very friendly to me and other clients. I was expecting normal full set prices, but the end cost for a full set was twice as much as I was expecting and it had not been communicated prior they would charge twice as much.
It was $70 dollars for a full set. Had they communicated that way they would apply ombre was with acrylic coloring would be twice as much, I would have declined. And had they rounded out the acrylic application better I would have been less bothered by the cost. But niether happened. I wasn't informed and they rushed the shape of the nail, it's uneven and super bulky at based. I'm frustrated as I have had very detailed designs cost way less, and look better. They rushed my appointment for a full set so they could take more walk ins.
They were friendly but the end results wasn't as good as I'm accustomed to and the price being twice as much as advertised means I won't be going back.
I've been going here for several years. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST! My nails never lift or break EVER! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Bella. She is super artistic and can do almost ANYTHING! I won't go ANYWHERE else.

I have given this salon 4 chances. And in the end, it was 4 too many. The older man who did my pedicure was unnecessarily rough (caused me to bleed twice), did not even attempt a massage (he rubbed lotion in for about 90 seconds), he put parafin on and then proceeded to leave saying goodbye. He left me sitting there for 20 min while he moved on to another customer until I had to ask someone else to come take it off.
I had a younger man do my nails, and he agreed with everything I said acknowledging and understanding the very simple pink and white acrylics I wanted only to be left with an end result that was such a disaster I had to have someone else fix them. Finally I saw Bella for nails, and she was the only person with any customer service skills, product knowledge, and obvious care for her clients. If you need nails, then schedule with Bella and Bella only. Otherwise I URGE you to go to ANY other nail salon in Spokane.
My daughter and I love getting our nails done here. They have pedicure chairs for adults and chairs specially for kids! The techs are pretty quiet so there's not a ton of conversation going on but they do a good job in my opinion.
Great experience. I had a gel manicure, regular polish pedicure and my eye brows wax. The salon was clean and my girl was friendly. She did a great job evening out my nails to try to keep the length. I also loved the chrome color options.
I recently relocated to Spokane and had trouble finding a nail specialist that actually cared for the finish product. I fortunately found the best nail specialist!!! Bella, I believe was her name. Her station is the first one to the right of entering their shop. She put in so much effort and my nails turned out beautiful!
Dirty Salon. I know 3 people who got toe infections from this place. They do not properly sterilize or clean.
They always do an amazing job, and I cannot recommend Yen enough. After moving from the Seattle area, I struggled to find a nail salon I liked. After a really bad experience at one salon I won’t name, Yen fixed my nails up, gently and with amazing precision. She has a steady hand, and creates beautiful designs. I will be a repeat customer for a looong time.
