I had my hair styled by Amy. She was so lovely, really reassuring as I can be a bit nervous at the hairdressers. She gave me lots of styling ideas for my new cut and I left feeling more confident with a fab, professional new hair do.
I took my wife for hair colour. She showed the picture and explained what she wanted, but in the end she got something totally different.we paid £160 , not about money. It’s about trusting. I won’t let my wife come even near you .

Had my hair cut by Carys today and had a really great experience at The White Room. She listened to exactly what I wanted and managed to tame my long, frizzy hair that hadn't been cut for a year! All the staff are really friendly and professional and I left feeling thoroughly pampered and glamorous. I will definitely go back for my next cut, in 10 weeks though not a year!
What a frustrating situation. I have had my wedding anniversary and I went to this hair salon to curly my hair. When I got home my hair was straight again. I have contacted the
salon and they blamed my hair. What a ridiculous thing and lack of professionalism. I always curly my hair and it lasts for days and days. I just wanted to curly my hair with a professional because it was a celebration day and I thought it would be special. They just avoided talking to me after. I would never recommend this salon.
I went to the White room just to get my fringes done before my birthday and I can say I’m coming back again! Carys did my fringes for me and she was so accommodating; as a Muslim woman who wears a scarf she offered me an area where I was unlikely to be seen for modesty purposes. I absolutely love my fringes and I love her as a person! Thank youuuuuuu ❤️
