Offering a wider variety of drinks might enhance the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, The Three Locks Chip shop has several strengths, including friendly staff, fresh and well-cooked food, good value for money, a clean establishment, and prompt delivery service. However, there are also areas for improvement, such as maintaining consistent food quality and portion sizes, ensuring that the food is served at the appropriate temperature, offering card payment options, and expanding the drink selection.

Best KBFKR Reviews

Visited this chippy after reading some of the positive reviews, but our experience wasn't a pleasant one.
It takes some skill to ruin a piece of cod the way they did, border line inedible soggy and swimming in grease and the chips weren't much better, although to be fair, the mushy pea's were tasty.
To top this off, my wife found a hair in her food and at that point, we downed cutlery and called it a day!
I’m actually a new customer to 3 locks, but after having lunch one day from here this is now my go to chippy
Fresh, piping hot and tasty
My go to order is battered sausage, chips and curry ????
Always friendly too
Keep it up
Couple of improvements would be to offer card payment and some of the traditional cans of drink (shandy/dandelion burdock)
New to the area and The Three Locks is pretty much on my doorstep (dangerous!)
Been there a few times already on those evenings during the move when cooking seemed like too much of a chore. The shop is clean, bright and welcoming. The staff are friendly (but not over-friendly) and efficient. Every time I've been, the food has been superb, fresh, well cooked and exceptional value for money (where we moved from, you could never get a fish for under a fiver!) Their menu includes some basic kebabs and burgers too so there is a bit of something for everyone. Definitely recommended. ????
It started off good when it first opened, good large fish and chips, i was going once a week, but now its been open a while the fish are half the size, potion sizes have really got smaller, so they've lost my custom now, not good value for money anymore.
Called at lunch for fish, chips and curry. Got home (2 mins away) and the chips are luke warm near cold. Would not have put this review but this happened to my parents a few weeks ago. However, on a previous visit the meal was lovely and piping hot. Not sure why the inconsistency but it will be a while before we return.
Excellent speedy delivery service. Used it several times. Good large tastey fish - will recommend it to everyone. Every time I am amazed at the speed of delivery and pleasant manner. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
I've been a few times since it first opened, very good quality, could variety of items( better than some of their competitors) and good prices, also very polite and helpful, and they do actually deliver when they say they will, so I'm a happy customer. One small thing on the rice, chips and curry sauce I think a little bit more curry sauce would be good, but maybe that's just me.overall very good.
Do it all really wanted a salad and they did it brilliant place to pop in all staff are ace thank you so much. Not pregnant but just craving a salad just cheaper than buying the lot to waste many many thanks
