War sehr lecker, ging alles super schnell und die Leute waren sehr nett. Aber natürlich war der Ausblick auf die Tower Bridge geil, also zumindest wenn man am Fenster saß, ansonsten sah das Restaurant aber trotzdem nett aus.
Gutes Essen, mega Halloumi-Popcorn!
Der Laden liegt super an der Tower-Bridge. Gemessen daran sind die Preise ganz in Ordnung, aber natürlich London-typisch hoch. Zu beachten ist, dass die Speisen auf der Karte eher als Tapas zu sehen sind, von nur einer Auswahl alleine wird man nicht satt (empfohlen werden auf der Karte 3-4 Bestandteile, was ich so unterschreiben kann). Das treibt den Preis in die Höhe.
Das Essen ist gut, die Servierform mit den Tellerstaplern ist witzig. Das Personal ist so lala, manche sehr freundlich, andere eher muffig. Aber alle erledigen Ihren Job schnell und gut. Wie in jedem modernen Laden (L'Osteria, viele Burgerläden usw.) ist es ziemlich laut, wer den gemütlichen Griechen wie in der Heimatstadt erwartet, wird sich daran stören. Man kann es aber auch mögen, hier ist eben was los!
Der absolute Oberknaller ist das Halloumi-Popcorn!!! In irgend etwas Süßem eingelegte Halloumiwürfel, die anschließend irgendwie gebräunt worden sind. MEGALECKER!!!! Unbedingt probieren!!!
Man muss ganz genau die Karte studieren.
Normale Portionen gibt es nur im Menü.
Preise waren in Ordnung, die Servicekraft aber leider nicht sehr freundlich.
Wir kamen um halb 10 an (1,5 Stunden vor Ladenschluss), sahen die schönen Plätze draußen und wollten uns hinsetzen. Das ging allerdings nicht, weil die Plätze draußen früher schließen als die drinnen. Der Kellner, den wir dazu lediglich kurz befragt haben, war den Rest des Abends unfreundlich, als er uns auf den Plätzen in der hintersten Ecke des Restaurants bediente. Das Essen selbst war auch nicht gut, da es teilweise kalt war und nicht schmeckte...

Grosse Auswahl und gutes Essen, das Lokal ist jedoch im Winter eher kalt.
