They are very unprofessional and very rude. He screamed at me stating that I need to shut up and listen that if I was not outside waiting for the taxi that I'm ordered to never contact him ever again because nobody will come and get me.... Here's the funny part about it all nobody's ever going to show up in the first place.... I highly recommend this company to have his drivers license and business license taken away and this poor taxi service to be completely shut down....

This is Cab company it's in the process of getting sued for using the name the official Madison cab company. This guys are not licensed out of Madison Alabama not sure where they get their authority from. Copyright infringement you are not the official Madison cab company. You are not a Madison Alabama Taxi and we ll see you in court shortly. All evidence is ready including using building that don't belong to you as your business location this means you had to use the building mail box which is Federal Crime.
I've used this company quite a few times since my car accident and would always tip, but after today I'll NEVER call them again and have officially switched to Lyft/uber. They said 10 mins but left me n the rain for over 30 mins without calling me or answering the phone when I tried to call numerous times! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
The person who answered the phone was very unorganized and Impatient...I would never call them again.

Awful. Called for service, a male abruptly interrupted me when I said Hello to answer with "Call American Cab, I'm busy right now."
I called this company over an hour ago and nobody shows up..
Safe and dependable!
