I have been there for years and I have always been treated nicely and my wait time has always been reasonable. Stephanie is my stylist and she has always done a great job for me ..
I went this week for my daughter to get a trim. I was blown away by their kindness and how great they worked. My daughter is still talking about her haircut. She had an amazing experience, so much she wants to go cut her hair everyday. They are very attentive to what you are requesting and very proffesional. It was great to see how they create a bond with their customers as well. We will definitely be back.
My husband went in today to get a TRIM. Susie needs to be fired for what she did to him. He asked for a trim. He left with very little hair on his head. His hair is so uneven, what little hair he does have left will not lay down. Susie, you should be ashamed for how you did him. Christina, you should be ashamed for having an employee like her. This isn't the first time I've had to call you out for bad service. She nearly shaved all of his eyebrows off as well. This is ridiculous. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves..... Maybe he'll listen to me this time and stop coming up there and go to Styles Unlimited or the Hair Chair as I've suggested to him in the past.
Delores is my savior! I love her and this place. I've been with her since it was a Fantastic Sam's back in 2009 lol. But all the stylist are wonderful. My daughter and I will continue to come here. The prices are also great or I'd never be able get hair cut. Lol.
Best place ever for a haircut. She kept my mom's hair perfect she was very kind very patient and I appreciate that facility so much for the effort put forth when they took care of my mom's hair five stars for sure
I was surprised for my birthday with a cut and color. This is the salon my best friend and husband found to do it after the initial place didn’t work out. The stylist ended up doing a terribly uneven cut on my hair that i had to have fixed by my usual stylist. I was too afraid to go back to this salon to have them fix it, for fear of them taking off even more of my hair or messing it up again. I called to speak with the stylist, who wasn’t in at the time. I left a message, but it wasn’t returned. I messaged their FB page to try to get in touch with the stylist. The owner messaged me back to ask if there was something she herself could help with. I explained the situation and was hoping for some kind of refund. I sent her pictures of my hair to show how her how it looked. I paid $120 and a $20 tip for just an all over color and a choppy, uneven cut, that i didn’t even know was choppy and uneven until i got home and straightened it myself. I would have been totally happy with just being refunded the $15 for the awful cut. Instead i was told the policy states that i should have came back to the original stylist, or if not, her (the owner) to have either of them fix it. But as i stated, i wasn’t willing to risk having even more of my hair chopped off if it were messed up again. So i went to my usual stylist, who i trust. And i still had to have at least 2 more inches taken off in order to just make it even. She apologized and offered to give me 20% off of my next visit. But she couldn’t give me any kind of refund, per their policy. She also told me that i should have came to her to see “IF” (and “if” is in all caps, because that’s the way she typed it) it needed to be corrected. And anyone with eyes would be able to see that it 120% needed correcting. I wouldn’t go back for free. Spend your money elsewhere!!
i dont know the name of the lady who did my hair but she was so half a** with my hair she did my layers and it looked like someone gave a kid scissors and told them to go wild and also when she curled my hair she pressed the curling iron on my scalp and burned my head, and on top of all that kept getting an attitude with me. also as i mentioned the curling, i paid for getting it styled and i wanted the layers curled inwards and i left looking 10 years older. it was too puffy and the curls looked like how i curled my hair in 6th grade it was so ugly. this was a few months ago so if you know who i am you know who i am but im not going to address an issue on the phone because of how cheap it was, i guess you get what you pay for im just gonna leave this review as a warning for everyone else but this place is probably only for old people hair styles
