Great restaurant for a date night. The menu is truly a novel - they have everything you could ever want: Mexican, Asian, Italian, burgers, sandwiches and more. Food is really tasty and they have a great drink menu. Decor is very fancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We sat at the bar and the bartender made great drinks! Oh and of course cannot forget about the cheesecake - so many options!
Great job today! I have a new favorite here. The Cajun Salmon is bomb! So good!
The Avocado Eggrolls were great as usual. The pastas and new green chili enchiladas were all outstanding.
Our server Marisa was friendly, hard working and helpful! She's an outstanding server!
Went for lunch on Saturday afternoon. 20 min wait before being seated and 10 more minutes before our waitress took our order. The food took at least that long to come out. We got what we ordered: I got chicken wings, my wife got avocado tacos, our granddaughter got chicken pot stickers. Food was okay but not great. The place is beautifully decorated.
This was a very unappetizing and flavorless meal. Partner ordered the breakfast option. His eggs arrived " over easy" vs " over medium" as ordered. The potatoes were cold and lumpy sad balls. The fish was fine, a little overcooked but edible. The steak Diane had more mushrooms than steak.
The burger was fine. The fries were not crispy and that was disappointing.
We ordered the plain cheescake to go but it really wasn't a true new style cheescake. It was oddly fluffy.
The server seemed overwhelmed. No check-ins hence the lack of feedback about the meal. Maybe service is more attentive outside of dinner hour.
Warning, dangerous conditions. This is the metal shaving that came in my food today. After finishing about half of the food, I found a metal shaving mixed in with my pasta. I really hope that nobody ended up ingesting one of these shavings. Side note, even though they ended up comping the meal, they still made sure to bill me for the one soft drink that I also had (the only other item on my tab)—so I guess we know their priorities.
Had the lunch meatloaf. It was good and the mashed potatoes were good and soft. Love the raspberry lemon drop! They also have the best chocolate fudge cake!
The restaurant is beautiful and elegant, but you have to wait even though there are empty places. The coffee is good, the service is good, and the food is good. I hope that the wait will not be long in the future for no reason
we had a great time at the cheesecake factory! we got too full from our honey truffle chicken, corn ribs, and mac & cheese bites to actually have the cheesecake, but that’s okay with me! our beautiful server, ivy, was kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and fun. cool themeing/decor! washington square mall is one of our favorite places
