Hands down the WORST Cheesecake Factory I’ve ever been to. The only good thing was the bread and butter were warm. One of their most popular dishes, Chipotle Chicken Pasta was dry and inedible. Best part of the pasta is the delicious sauce and it came dry and crusty.The Cobb Salad was disgusting and it came pre-dressed instead of on the side. Soggy, old lettuce and not proportioned correctly regarding the toppings. I spent ten minutes picking out the rotten leaves! The only thing that we ate was the Mac and Cheese balls but those are hard to mess up.
Service was strange—server was clearly having a day so let it go and just got out of there. No point in complaining when they are so severely understaffed. For a casino location? Come on. All the food went straight in the trash.
If you are craving Cheesecake Factory, go somewhere else. Anywhere else, really.
My husband has been here several times I tried there appetizers which were all . Corn riblets were so good. , crab dip was good , Tex mex egg rolls. Hubby had the jamabalaya rice and we lemon drop and patron margarita
May I first say service was amazing. Our waitress Jennifer was so friendly, professional and attentive to all the tables she had.
Cheesecake was great. The pineapple upside down cheesecake was really good.
Now the lower rating was because of the food and kitchen. That deserves a 0. Food took awhile to come out and I am ok with that. But after waiting close to 45 minutes and then food being COLD was not good at all.
Manager came by and offered to warm it but I declined because I didnt wanna wait a long time to get it back.
She did offer cheesecake on her which was extremely nice. I did mention I felt bad for tge waitress as we were not the only ones who got cold food and people were getting really upset with Jennifer and ITS NOT HER FAULT!
Feb. Great service and food came out in a decent amount of time. Semi busy and a bunch of happy food chatter. The burgers and flatbreads were good. New lemonades on the menu and those were good.
Their desserts are great and worth having once in a while. The entrees are nothing special and are overpriced. The service here (especially for to-go orders) is often lacking because of how busy the place is. I strongly recommend you reserve a table or order ahead of time before you go here unless you want to wait in the lobby for 30-60 minutes. To-go cakes are ten slices and are worth the price, just be sure to give them a day to defrost.

Sat in the bar area 10 mins before the server comes... no bread, no water, no plates, waitress longnails, all over the place... Flag#2.
Ordered a drink it took another 15 mins to get that.. she touched my straw after handling a dirty plate... took my order.... never checked to see if it was ready.. 20 mins passed. Moved my set to the bar, no acknowledgment... I left the drink and wherever my order was right there... I probably will not go there again....very poor service. Waitress horrible and nasty long nails. Too many flags!!
Strangest “curbside” service I’ve ever experienced. Says there’s a separate curb side number, there’s not. Says they’ll text when your order is ready, they won’t. Says it’s curbside, it’s walk up. You have to stand outside the door and hope the hostess makes eye contact with you and maybe you’ll get your order. There’s a hoard of doordashers outside, regular customers get lumped in with them and it takes forever to get your order. Finally got my cheesecakes, opened the bag and they were smeared all over the containers. Unacceptable.
I want to preface this by saying if you look at most of the reviews I have left on websites they are usually positive, but if you can avoid this place. I would. I put my name on the wait list at 6:30 and was told an hour. We did get seated around 7:36. We ordered food at 7:45ish. We waited for an hour and change for our food by 9:00 I decided to go find the hostess. The hostess said it was showing as ready. She left to go get it, the food did not come to the table until 9:09. When she returned the food clearly has been sitting for awhile. The green garnish on top was wilted and the meat and rice was so hard it was not even edible. Our server was no where to be found, and when the hostess came back she said she could have it remade. We asked if that would be an extra 30 minutes. She told us she would personally watch them make it. It did take an extra 15 minutes but we finally had food. It still wasn't great, but at least the korean friend chicken and rice were hot and fresh. Even though I asked to talk to the manager in the beginning. The manager never came. If anyone in corporate is reading, there are conversations to be had about this location. First you should start by promoting Tisha (the hostess), she was the only one who had customer service tonight and went above and beyond to try to keep us from walkong out. After all the stress they did comp most of the meal besides the drinks. Honestly though I would have at least liked an apology from the waiter who never acknowledged us after Tisha came over except to bring me my bill.
After this, I did stupidly decide to wait in the cheesecake line. It was another very long experience. People were not all doing their jobs and they had the person who didn't know where things were on the register ringing. At one point the lady looked at me and had a comment about how it was already in the box and it just needed whipped cream. But seriously why were 12 boxes on the counter without whipped cream just waiting? I am just dumbstruck at all the inefficiency cheesecake factory had tonight. The icing on the cake was when we left we saw our waiter Thang texting outside, that is probably what he was doing instead of waiting on us. I will most definitely not be returning and I hope you decide to find a better place to eat after reading this.
