My first time here and now I see why people love this place!! My goodness our waitress Staci, a gift from heaven. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about wines and the menu! We loved her and when we let her know about our baby’s 1st birthday she brought out a sundae for her. Then the food was amazing!! Everything was fresh, made with love and refreshing. 10/10 would recommend we’ll definitely be back.
Just visited the place to eat cheesecake. Our server David was really nice and helpful. He helped us select the best cheesecake based on our preference. This place has got several options to chose from cheesecake. We had classic basque cheesecake and it was yummy....
If you're looking for a place that has high quality dishes, then you found the right place. If you're coming in for your first time it may seem a bit overwhelming for the amount of menu items there are to choose from. However rest assured that they are prepared to the highest quality. Great dinning service is provided by the servers here, the complementary bread is quite delicious.
Food is usually good at this location. Hot, fresh and correctly prepared. I love Cheesecake Factory salads and of course, the many cheesecake options. Service here is okay. I would like them to be a bit more attentive and welcoming. Lastly, I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because this location gets slammed. It's very busy, crowded and noisy. There is always a very long wait, so it's best to reserve a table ahead of time.
We made reservations of our 86 year old neighbors birthday. Her husband passed away last year and she had never been to Cheesecake Factory and we wanted to treat her. We were very fortunate to get David D as a waiter. He treated us like gold and her like a queen. You can tell he is like by his peers, because they pitched in to help him as well. It wound up being my best ever visit to Cheesecake Factory on McKnight or anywhere else in t he last 20 years. Our neighbor was so touched she cried. The icing on the cake was him lighting a birthday candle and we got to sing her happy birthday. The food was also excellent. Additionally, EVERY employee Saturday night was friendly. Saying hello, goodbye, thank you for coming. I spent years working in the restaurant industry and this was truly a great, genuine, experience. Thank you, and especially thank you to David D. You made an old woman very ????. Blessings always.
Food was top-rate and our server was awesome. We were abke to be seated at 12:30 on Valentines Day without a reservation.
First server was absolutely amazing. She was a very hard worker. The second server wasn't as good sadly. It was getting busy though halfway through our visit. The food was good and the cheesecake was super delicious! The miso Salmon was awesome.
Server was fantastic. Should be an announcer or doing voice overs. Very, very attentive, even shoved a menu under the table door to stop it from wobbling. Even though their menu is just huge, the food we had was really good. Sat outside so atmosphere basically the same as any other restaurant with outdoor seating.
