Glorified diner. Average food, average service at best. I’ll just leave it at that because I really don’t wish to comment on too much negativity.
The food was as always wonderful, piping hot and delicious from the appetizers to the entrees to the dessert presentation. The mangers from Javier to the others always make you feel welcomed.
Even today on a week off for the kids from school and the restaurant packed, we still were seated immediately and had a very wonderful new server, Evelisa who paced all our meals well and always kept us informed on any delays.
The new Cajun salmon dish is to die for and I do hope it stays as a permanent addition. The corn is so succulent and the char is so perfect on the salmon.

Ordered an online cheesecake for pickup at this location. Upon entering I thought I was back in Vegas at one of the restaurants or casinos... a little over the top. The lower floor was totally empty directing me to the upper level a little weird. Then once upstairs I proceeded to the bakery as instructed online. The hostess then proceeded to ask me what I needed while I was waiting for a bakery person and I said picking up a cheesecake and she rudely dismissed me with a pointing finger to waiting on the line I was already on. Thanks stupid. Then I finally got my cake along with the happy birthday chocolate plaque but the plaque was in a separate box. I said what's this? You didn't put it on the cake? The reply was NO we don't write or put anything on them. Ok well the website doesn't advise the overpriced plaque doesn't get placed on the cake so I don't want it. Well... another employee from behind acted as if it were the end of the world and now they'd have to find a manager to grant a refund blah blah blah.... I simply said I don't care I don't want it find your manager. And of course an eye roll and sigh followed. So the manager came over and was very nice but overall the staff gets a big zero for communicating. Instead of refunding the plaque the entire purchase was refunded and I stood there not understanding why they weren't giving me the cake. Then it dawned on me... full refund duh... no I still need a cake just not the plaque. So they charged me again for just a cake told me to just take the plaque anyway and I got the hell outta there as fast as I could never to return. Took a few days to actually get the charges reversed. The cake was not worth the exorbitant price and was one of the worst cheesecakes I've ever had. First and last time.
Good place to eat. Go there if you have a big appetite. My family couldn’t eat through 1 dish. My whole family got a food coma. Good food though.
I've frequented this location for years and have never had any complaints until yesterday. I ordered my go-to Factory Combo (Steak Diane & Chicken Madeira) While the food was delicious, the portion size left a lot to be desired. Look I get it....inflation is through the roof, which I presume explains the $3 price increase for this menu item. But you can at least put a little more mashed potatoes in the dish if you're going to skimp on the protein. The staff were wonderful as usual so this review in no way reflects upon them.
This was $11. It's seasoned well. I bought the avocado egg rolls against my better judgement, trying to be adventurous, the texture was not for me and there is no redeemable flavor. I tried these because I heard they had good vegan options and I used to order the ribs here years ago so, nostalgia motivated me too. This food is not good, these specific dishes. $31 for food I cannot eat
You know, I think that The Cheesecake Factory is the only chain restaurant that can have so many things on the menu AND execute them so well. I was surprised about their Carne Asada Steak. It actually taste like a juicy carne asada and has a Spanish flare to it. The Pasta Da Vinci is wine based with mushrooms and comes with chicken. The sauce taste pretty light but still flavorful. The Crispy Crab Bites are a great starter if you want something small, crispy, slightly salty to start with. But I do truly recommend the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls. Everything you will taste is right there in the name. They come packed with ooey gooey cheesy flavor filled ground beef. My go to dish that has yet to disappoint is the Chicken Piccata substitute the angel hair pasta for Mashed Potatoes. Chicken breast with lemon sauce Mushrooms and Capers????with mashed potatoes that soak it all up..chefs kisses my friends
I am glad that I visited this place. I was greeted by food server Melissa, who made this visit very memorable. Complementary bread with the butter was very delicious ( on my previous visit about 6 month ago for some reason the waiter did not offer that), followed by main entry and dessert. Melissa made sure that I am being serve in and excellent way. I have message to the manager to pass on THANK YOU to the Melissa and also keep up this great job. Because it is very important that any visit to restaurant should be memorable in a beautiful way, like this one.
