This is my first time here for a late lunch. My friend treated me after his appointment and wanted to introduce me to the avocado eggrolls. I had the Bistro Hamburger and he had the Chicken Tacos. The non-alcoholic drinks were refreshing.
The atmosphere was casual and our waitress gave us excellent service. Although there was plenty of parking, there really wasn't a clear walking path to the entrances. If you came in from the lot and not the mall, you would have the longest distance to the hostess desk which is not ideal if you are handicap or have a senior with you.
The service is really good. The food portions are wonderful. You will definitely be taking a to-go box. All of our food came out quickly. Tasted great and was at a good temperature. Don't forget to save room for their wonderful dessert. I suggest getting the banana cheesecake.
The wait time during busy afternoons sometimes can be 2 to 3 hours . I suggest trying to snag one of the reservations by signing up for their loyalty club .It was kind of loud inside. With the music and the people talking. The temperature when we ate there was also on the hot side.
As a big fan of The Cheesecake Factory I was disappointed with the King of Prussia location and here is why. This location has a serious gnat issue and some flies. I couldn’t enjoy my meal with so many gnats. It is even swarming with gnats in the men’s restroom. The service was OK and some of the food we ordered was fantastic while some were not. My wife said the turkey burger she had was one of the best. My spaghetti and meatballs was not up to par. The meatballs felt mushy and the spaghetti was overcooked with barely any flavor in the dish. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was a bit watery. Thank goodness the cheesecake was still beyond great! We had the salted caramel cheesecake and it was delicious and the only reason why I can give this location a three star instead of less. Although a chain restaurant, my expectations of The Cheesecake Factory are generally high because the food and atmosphere are usually good. Unfortunately this location was not as good as other locations I have visited.
II'm always hesitant with chain restaurants but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We were heading into Philly to see a concert and needed a place to eat that was on the way. Parking was easy. We were seated quickly, server was warm and inviting, food was good. The nachos and the avocado egg rolls were delicious. Nice experience .
The service was absolutely great. The guy who assisted us was very kind and checking on us all the time. The food was very good and also good portions. I would definitely come back to this location.
I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and I must say, my experience surpassed all expectations. Having been to other Cheesecake Factory locations that didn't quite hit the mark, First of all, I wanna say, Cathryn the server, Rachel , Cassie the bartender were fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised this time around.The highlight of my meal was the grilled salmon, served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The mashed potatoes struck a perfect balance - not too mushy, not too firm, just the right consistency to complement the dish. The broccoli was cooked to perfection, retaining its natural flavor and crispness.But the star of the show was undoubtedly the salmon. It was cooked flawlessly, achieving that ideal state where every bite is a delight. This experience has certainly changed my perception of The Cheesecake Factory, and I'm glad to report that the food here is exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and look forward to returning for more culinary delights.
My favorite meal at the Cheesecake Factory has always been Shrimp Bistro which I see has been discontinued.
The order that I had was tasteless. I’ve never been so disappointed with Shrimp Alfredo. I added grated cheese, (which didn’t help) , salt (which I usually don’t add to any meal). Nothing helped. The small portion of shrimp were overcooked. ????
The enormous amount of pasta was dry even with additional sauce which I added after I saw how dry the noodles were.

The food is always excellent at Cheesecake Factory!! I got the French dip burger and it did not disappoint. The fries weren't the best but the burger was great. Service was a tad slow but it was busy so understandable. The cheesecake selection is amazing. There's something for every sweet tooth and you can't go wrong with any option. I got the tiramisu cheesecake and it was divine!! There is a wide variety of food to choose from, truly something for every one. I would highly recommend going here. There's plenty of parking and seating so you don't have to wait too long to get a table. It's easy to find and easy to get in and out.
