They were short handed and took a while for orders but they were working the butts off. Thanks for the great effort! It wasn't unnoticed.
Had to repeat order 3 times. Got home and order was wrong. I ordered 2 large cheeseburgers with mayonnaise, tomato, onions, and lettuce. Not a difficult order. Also, the meat had a terrible taste. We were unable to eat it. Tried to call and complain and got recording no longer in service.
Go for biscuits in the morning, food is great and the lady that owns it is one of the nicest people you'll meet!
The food taste good but the problem we have every time is the bacon is so hard you can't eat it and it feels like it's going to break your teeth. Our dog wouldn't even eat the bacon. The biscuits literally fall apart when you pick it up. We asked for them to not cook the bacon too long and the lady said we don't believe in chewy bacon so they won't fix it the way you ask. That is just bad customer service. Ya'll should do better.
The name has been changed to the Tigershack. Food is great. The philly cheese is awesome. Staff are very thankful and attentive.
Was out on a drive to no where. Drive through Cedar Bluff and saw The Burger Shack, decided to try it out. Ordered two of the double cheese bacon burger combos, they were some of the best burgers I've ever had, even the fries were better than almost any other place has. Definitely glad I made The Burger Shack a random stop. Would definitely come back again.
I hit maps today for a quick place to eat and apparently the are out due to stomach issues. ????
The food is always good. They just need to do something about their drive though. I made a suggestion that they needed one line for pick-up only an and one line for people who don't call in their orders. They said it never worked brfore.Yet I don't recall it ever being like that. However what they have going now isn't working either. I called in my order and they told me 20 minutes. I sent my son 15 minutes in. Which gave him 5 to get there. He said they were slammed with cars so he went to the window. They said it wasn't ready and they would bring it out to him. He waited as many cars drove off. Then went back to the window.They told him they forgot about it. So 20 minutes turned into 40 minutes all because they forgot. Our food had no warmth left to it. They had to have known they just gave me cold food as long as it sat there because they forgot to bring it out and served it anyways. If I wanted cold food I would've ate a sandwich. Please fix your drive through!!
