My husband and I visited The Burger Joint at the end of August! Our Airbnb host actually recommended it!! My husband had The Backwood and and I had the Humburger. We also shared some fried pickles! The food was yummy!! The atmosphere was great. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating! I gave the restaurant a 4 star in service because it did take over 30 minutes for us to get our food. I was a little surprised by this! I would also say that the team as nice, but I didn’t experience like a warm welcome! I’m still super happy with our overall experience!! 5 stars!

We waited over an hour for burgers, and they wee not the least bit apologetic. Family was hungry, wasted an afternoon sitting around. And overpriced!
Two cheese burgers, which were very good, one order of fries, one order of onion rings, also very good, 2 bottles of Coke. With tip: $85. Outrageous, but unfortunately typical of California prices in general. If you don't mind spending close to a hundred bucks for burgers and fries, this is your kind of place.
Super cute place and really good food. Burger was a tiny bit dry but I think that could be fixed by asking for the burger to be cooked medium or medium well. Regular fries are good but the waffle fries were great!
What a treat. I had The Green Chick, it was so juicy, tender and delicious. First time eating chevre, very creamy and tasty. The staff, very nice.
One of the best outdoor eating locations in Arcata. That's not to say they don't have wonderful indoor dining as well they have high ceilings and really good ventilation. Definitely during the pandemic this is an amazing place to eat and feel very comfortable. The burgers are amazing whether you pick chicken veggie or beef. Definitely try their fries and they have an amazing selection of beers, ciders and wine. Head out to the back area and play some cornhole and sit under one of many pergolas. Excellent spot.
Here right now. 1st time. We felt like it was way over priced for what we got. The burger was super small. Definitely can't share here. There is no one here, and 2 people in the kitchen and it took 25 minutes to get a burger. Then my onion rings didn't make it out for ANOTHER 10 minutes ????. Still hungry in arcata... Not coming back
