Coolest little burger place! Very reasonably priced, fast service even though they were busy, the employees were very nice. I was downtown for a local event at the Lorraine Theatre and it was a really easy 5 minute walk.
Food was delicious on top of it! Will be coming back.
This is our first time, having anything to eat in the town of Hoopeston Illinois. We stopped at the Burger bank. It has a drive-through and a walk up front with tables and chairs outside to sit and eat. The prices were very reasonable the food was cooked, hot and fresh, and the staff were very friendly and courteous. What a great place to stop. The menu is perfect with burgers, fries and hotdogs. They also had onion rings.
I was shocked to see the food preparer not using food prep gloves. Handling the raw meat with bare hands then immediately handling the buns and cheese. In between every handling of said food products he kept wiping his hands off on his shirt. The owner manned the window taking cash and credit cards then proceeded to slice a tomato with her bare hands!! Burgers were flavorless, frozen patties, way over-cooked and he pressed all the juices out so the burgers were too dry. On a good note the fries were good and a generous amount of them. Sorry but we will not be back.
Best onion rings 5stars for the onion rings. Still haven’t tried the burgers yet. Lady was super nice gave my kids candy. Great service thanks
I love burger Bank. Robin the owner is so friendly and makes me feel like part of burger Bank family. I like the simple menu ! Only place I look forward to having a hamburger. Can't say enough positive things about burger Bank and owner Robin her awesome employees and fantastic fresh food! When in Hoopeston must try a burger cheeseburger or a hot dog with cheese and chili.
One of the best burgers i've had in a long time. Not to mention one of the best service i've gotten in a long time. Super nice people, great food (party bus guy )
