I've been here twice, and I've only ever ordered the Poutine. IT IS AMAZING! TRY IT!
They put pot roast on their poutine and it's magical. My wife had the Jalapeno popper burger, and boasted it up something fierce. The waiter was amazing. He was very down to earth and chill, but still had that professional attitude. It's a bar, so expect that sort of atmosphere. I've been here during lunch time only, and it isn't rowdy or anything like that, if that sort of thing scares you away, don't fret.
This is more of a bar than a restaurant, but everything I've ever eaten there is perfectly executed. This place is a chameleon and becomes whatever you want from it: if you want to sit alone at the bar, play darts with your crew, watch some hockey with a buddy, read a book at a table. Crowd reflex that, and is a mix of all walks of life. Definitely has some beers on the menu that will delight, with the correct glassware.
Wings and Cajun ranch were so good. Elijah was an amazing server.
The fried pickles were good but the Italian beef was a little dry and not fresh. The tater tots were rather soggy for some reason. The service was good but probably not a place I will frequent
Great friendly neighborhood bar. They have a large variety of beer on tap and fun cocktails too. Their menu is not just 'bar food'. The cheese curds were fantastic! I would have given 5 * but the pork sandwich was very grizzly. The sausage plate was a fun change. The cheese burger was given 2 thumbs up. They have an outside patio, jukebox and 2 dart machines in the back. Many TVs if you want to catch your favorite sports.
The Bulldog has my favorite wings and burger - the "Fear the Reaper" wings and "Stilton" burger are my favorites in the Twin Cities. The Reaper wings are the perfect balance of heat & flavor and the Stilton burger is full of flavor and heavy on the garlic. Oh, and when you get the burger make sure to get the cajun fries - baller combo.
Hannah Elijah Brandi Lindsey Karl and Vitor are the reason keep coming back. Food is also very good and reasonably priced. Cozy vibes, friendly and all inclusive.
The atmosphere was so cool and we loved the reggae music!! Staff was great and very friendly and we got our food served to us so quickly! Mac n Cheese was A+
