they are wonderful people! & after going to multiple different mechanics who have done me wrong, this place was a breath of fresh air and peace of mind! if youre looking for a mechanic you can trust thats fairly priced, these are your people! they were so kind and could tell i had been through the ringer and had been taken advantage of the fact of my little car knowledge… i was able to drive out of their with confidence, knowing my vehicle was safe to drive… and being a single mother of 3 small littles… their safety is priceless!! im for sure a returning customer, and have also converted my mother to their business as well!
Super friendly staff with great communication. Hard to find a shop that will actually answer the phone. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend especially if you have a carb air cooled engine.
Our 2012 VW Passat was running terrible. After taking to several repair shops, we found the Bug Doc. They immediately found a damaged wire that fixed the problem. We are now planning to use them for additional repairs.
Great shop and personal
Needed brake pads changed. I feel brake pads are pretty universal for all cars but definitely overpriced for the fix, probably cheaper to learn how to fix it myself. It is a friendly staff but the price for my vw was pretty high.
