The Breakfast Place is a great place for breakfast, it's really that simple! Being in this restaurant is a bit like a trip back in time. The service is a no-nonsense, straightforward affair with older servers who have been doing this for a long time and like to keep things simple. Portions are big, delicious, and still somewhat reasonably priced.
My husband and I spent a getaway in Erie. We were looking for a certain breakfast place that we ate at about a year ago. Instead, came across this nice, friendly place. The food, service, and atmosphere are quite pleasant. Prices are fair.
Great breakfast place. Name says it all. We got the Big Breakfast and the banana walnut waffle. Coffee was good, gotta have, a staple of breakfast. The place looks like it used to be a car repair place converted into a restaurant. Definitely go again food was good. Italian food with a little greek
If you're looking for something besides complimentary breakfast at the hotel. You might want to give this place a try.
The service is excellent. The lady's are always on the move to provide what ever you need.
Food- large portions and pancakes are fluffy like mom used to make them.
I have visited Erie once in awhile and have found a Great breakfast place.

We go here very often they know us. Amazing food and good prices when inflation hit their prices stayed the same! For that reason only we will continue to keep on going! Also love their home fries.
Although the food is really good and fairly priced, my boyfriend and I started to notice they doubled their tips in each transaction. We were suspicious the first time we felt we were overcharged, so we saved receipts the next time, and sure enough the $6 tip became $12. This happened three times before we swore off the place. It’s extremely disappointing because otherwise, it’s a great spot for Erie. Just wish they were honest.
Always a good experience when my daughter and I stop in for breakfast. Food is great, service is always excellent and fast, and prices are fair. Today our waitress was Amber and she was very helpful to ensure everything was quick since we were in a little bit of a hurry. Kalie was also friendly and welcoming when we walked in. Would recommend this place for sure!
Amazing food for a great affordable price. Most menu items are $10 and less, and you get so much food for the price! Staff was very nice and friendly. A little bit of a wait for the food once order was placed but well worth it!
