Ok, so I just want to say that I recommend this place for all the ladies out there. I've had Ron work on my car 3 times thus far, and I find him to be honest and fair with his prices. Very nice man and I wish him many blessings! It's very often that women get taken advantage of when getting a car repaired, however, he's great!! Calling all the ladies to use this garage and not be disappointed. Thx Ron

Ron, the owner, does all the work himself. His work is exceptional. He won't do any work on your car if it truly isn't warranted. You can trust his honesty and value. The price is right, and fair. He fixes it right the first time. I've been going to him for years, and I trust him. I don't want all of Waterbury to go to Ron, because I like to get an appointment that's not a month away. But He is really good.
I was referred to Ron by a very dear friend and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I will not go anywhere else. He is honest, smart and dependable. When I read that he's "a little high" in price I say either you want something for nothing or you have no idea what things cost. Repairs are done right the first time. He is worth EVERY penny.
Customer service is good, David is polite and very knowledgeable. The issue however was that they tried charging me 1,000$ to change my rear and front brakes. Furthermore they took out a pipe of mine to make it look like I had an exhaust leak ( I know this because my sister's boyfriend is a mechanic and he explained what they did ) .
Great service. Ron took my car last minute,and did work on my car. He's a very honest mechanic, and got the job done quickly. Ive been going to him for years, and I'll continue to do so
