Stopped here on the way back to Charleston from Myrtle Beach. Nice looking location and nice atmosphere. It was a Sunday afternoon and not too crowded, yet the service was a little slow. Can't recommend the old fashioned. Food was delicious. I would definitely recommend. Stay away from the old fashioned drink.
Legendary spot. Wish I could have come at night to see the band but lunch with my son was a great experience. Service was stellar, food was excellent, atmosphere was cool with all the historic photos everywhere. House beer quite good too. Loved it.
This place is awesome, tons of history. The walls are filled with photos throughout the years. You could look at them for hours. The house band is pretty good and will keep you entertained. A one of a kind place. They have all kinds of memorabilia you can purchase. Hats, shirts, stickers, ashtrays, belt buckles, pins, lighters, shot glasses, mugs, you name it and they probably have it.
Our server was not very friendly. She spent more time behind the bar chatting than working. When we finished our meal we waited patiently trying to get her attention if she looked our way. Eventually another young waitress who was extremely busy had observed us sitting and asked if she could get us anything else. We asked for the bill and she started to ring us out when our waitress decided to help us. Had we had the young waitress who tried to help us from the start of our visit my rating would have been much different. We had observed how busy she was serving inside and outside of the establishment.
My wife and I just wanted to listen to some music so we got there early and had a bite to eat good thing we did because the place filled up quick. Food was typical bar food but decent service was exceptional we would definitely go again
Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off. They felt it was OK to give themselves a 350% tip on my card. Twice. I've been disputing charges for days. Never again will I go to this establishment. If you want to hear a good band go to Tin Roof or 3001, don't risk this place stealing from you.
Hopping place on the Boardwalk. Good food and libations. The band, The Bounty Hunters, were good and didn't take any breaks at the same time, so music was flowing the whole time. Wait staff was fantastic and your glass never ran empty.
Nice atmosphere, and even though it says on the sign hot beer, bad food, and bad service. The food was great, had Randy's bacon cheeseburger and there's nothing better than a real beef burger. Our waiters were great. Two people with two meals and a couple drinks was bout $50.
