Best WLM Reviews
First time here, a welcome opportunity for a very good sandwich on an otherwise long and boring trip. The place was clean and the service was surprisingly quick for a hot sandwich that wasn't dry or "premade" tasting. Plenty of parking for trucks/trailers a plus too.
The service was great, friendly, and very helpful. We split a ribeye and shrimp special, got an extra potato and salad. The kitchen separated everything for us and gave us a large serving of green beans. It was all wonderful! The wine was very good, and the poor was generous. The only issue was that we had to battle flies the whole time. I'm really not sure what they can do about that. We will be back any time we are in the area, it was that good!
Don't let the building fool you - this is a hidden treasure! The food is amazing/home cooked! Felt like my mom was cooking for me. The service is also amazing - great people and small town atmosphere. Clearly a locals spot and the people in this little town are an added blessing.
Absolutely amazing food. The KC strip cooked to perfection how I asked and didn't need sauce, nice and juicy!!!!
This was our first time here. We traveled from Colorado and wanted a decent meal. This place was great, friendly and welcoming ???? ???? The food was great service was great as well. We will be eating here again! There was 2 waitress there that night. One girl was amazing and was running her ass off to get orders out and people taken care of. There was another lady who just seemed miserable and didn't want to be there and scuffing her feet around. Felt discouraged for the other lady and seemed she was doing ALL the work. She definitely needs a raise. In my opinion. My favorite was the chips & salsa ????
Great food, excellent people. This place has the feel of a hunting lodge from the 1970s in the best possible way. Our whole family (age range 6-42) loved it.
A very nice place in town. I had the Kansas City Steak and it was very juicy. Staff was friendly and service was quick!
Best food in town hands down. Great small town pub atmosphere. The chicken fried steak was the best in town. Great service and the crispiest fish and chips you'll ever eat.
