We really enjoyed this place. The ribs, onion rings, baked potato, and BBQ Cobb salad were great. The brisket and turkey on their own were a bit dry, but nothing lots of sauce can’t help. Definitely worth checking out!
Great restaurant and service. Very dog friendly. Food was great and accommodations were perfect. Wonderful beer selection and Chris our server was so accommodating and accepting of our 3 toy poodles. Great outdoor location.

Great BBQ and good service . What more could you ask for???? how about blues music. Heck ya . Also, it might be a local celebrity hang out. we ran into the one and only Trail Mater (Rory Irish) enjoying some BBQ.
The only reason they are getting a 4 star is for the music. Great job on that. Our service / food was 2 star. Service was down right bad, so bad that when she handed the check she said sorry vs “have a good night”. Bbq was ok, burnt ends over done, we took it home and fed it to the dogs. Gumbo was good, I’ll give em that. Very hearty, recommended.
Charging $50 for a rack of ribs is a bold move.
I ordered a 3 meat combo and asked for point brisket as one of my choices, the waitress did not know what I meant by point.
The Pork was over shredded but fine overall, most of the flavor came from the BBQ sauce it was mixed with.
The Brisket was flavorless but tender, it basically shredded as if they cooked it to 208+. It had absolutely no bark or smoke ring or smoke flavor on it, I have no idea how this happened.
Tri tip was flavorful, juicy and tender, had the perfect level of smoke, and great flavoring.
The onion rings were fine and the sweet potato fries were good as well, but you don't come to a barbecue place for the sides.
Food was just okay. Went early for lunch with a few people there,Service was slow, and I waited forever for another beer. Beers were way overpriced at $8.00 a pop. Also, I had the smoked pecan pie, which was not good and didn't get the smoked taste.
Found myself craving some BBQ while working in Moab and came across this local ???? Blues theme had me wishing I was here while they had live music playing. Very clean nice atmosphere split into a restaurant and bar area. Pulled up to the bar and tossed back a few cold ones before trying a strongly suggested brisket nacho plate that was fantastic! They sure know how to BBQ and serve up some flavory options. Definitely suggest trying Blue Pig while visiting Moab you won’t be disappointed.
We go here every year and I've always loved it so much! Food is amazing, staff is kind. But, this last time we went - unfortunately, a lot of food didn't show up until we reminded it was supposed to be there. We also didn't have silverware, my dad had to go get it all. Then, there was a live spider (I have a PARALYZING fear of spiders) right above our table and my dad had to climb up and smash it. That is why I marked atmosphere at 3 stars this time. Maybe it was an off day? Not sure, because like I said - the food is DELICIOUS and I've never had any other problems at this restaurant, it's usually 100% amazing. I still recommend!
(The chicken is the most tender and juicy chicken you could ever dream of having!)
