If I could give zero stars on this review I most definitely would. I had rode with this company back in 2023 and the ride was great both directions (from airport and back to airport).
This time was completely different. When the limo driver picked up my husband and myself, we got in the limo and there was blasting hip hop music which I cannot stand. I contacted the company requesting a refund and they declined as the video footage shows we were happy. Well... we were trying to have the best experience we could during the ride, as we were just getting to our vacation so didn't want to start out being crabby. Then it came time for our ride back to the airport and everything got crazy. Our flight ended up changing due to weather so we needed to be picked up hours early. We had called and spoke with Alex to get the time changed. When that occurred he noticed that we were charged incorrectly, and wanted to charge us another $150 just to go 3 miles due to an event that was starting that day in Las Vegas. (which we were not apart of). We were not willing to pay that much extra to literally drive 3 miles so we requested a cancellation as they offered a refund. Alex mentioned to us on Sunday we would be receiving a refund that day but it took a while to get something in writing stating that.
Now we are at Wednesday and nothing in writing for a refund or even a refund processed yet. So... I called and spoke with Nick who told me I needed to talk to billing as he wasn't apart of this transaction. Speak with billing which they accuse me of yelling on the phone (which I was not), and arguing with them of getting a refund as it hadn't even shown up in the billing system yet as Alex did not do what he needed to do to get it processing for a refund. They then mentioned no refund for the ride from airport to the hotel which is what it is, but was not worth over $100 for a ride.
Lastly, some person at the end of the call came on the phone as I was asking for someone to send me some form of proof that I would be receiving a refund which they were declining and this person comes on yelling, "HEY, YOU LISTEN TO ME!" She would not let me speak, I just got yelled at, when all I was asking for was something showing that I am getting refunded.
I will never use this company again, and I hope others take the time to read this review as our taxi ride from our hotel to the airport was only $22 + tip and was phenomenal. No complaints for them.
Was looking for a 9 passenger vehicle for a work project in Philly. (I guess they handle other cities besides LV?). I reached out to them and their support staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't end up needing the service after all, but I appreciated their service and assistance. Would reach out to them and inquire again if I ever need anything in that area again.
I would give zero stars if I could. They charged my card twice one one way of the pickup. We were told it was a mistake and it would be refunded. The. My card was charged again for the last leg of the pickup. Again, had to call and still no refund. Their “dispatcher” who said his name was Bernard was by far the rudest customer service rep I have ever encountered. No wonder they’re a dying company.
I had a car for my daughters wedding. The driver was Christopher amazing guy on time, courteous and careful. He hung in like a trooper. I would highly recommend him and this company. Thank you so much,

Reasonable price airport transportation and professional drivers. Would have preferred a little bit more polished vehicle. There were trim pieces hanging loose inside of the vehicle
They where good to me due to they found a phone that belonged to some in my party and they gave it back to us. Thank you guys so much for giving us the phone back.
Won't recommend. They charged me twice and didn't really get the service I ordered
