Man oh man I don't know where to start. I haven't had a haircut in over one full calenders year. I was honestly a mess. Working til 5pm when every single other barber or salon in Morehead is closed, this guy came in clutch. Not only did he stay later than his close time, he took excellent care of me. Not a hassle for being the last customer of the day holding him up from going home but he talked with me and we had a genuine barbershop experience of life stories, lessons learned and a good time. As the tattoo parlor emptied we carried on like 2 good ole boys will do. For a stylish and human experience with one of the greatest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet, come to black eye barber parlor.

Doc gave me a solid skin fade and straight razor shave. Really good conversation. Very cool shop -- a Morehead gem.
Best cut in town, Doc’s the only barber in town to give a skin tight fade using a razor. Highly recommend him for a quality cut.
