Cute little place specialized in cutlets.
You order via the automated kiosk with clear menu options with letters and numbers.
Too bad that the sweet potato cutlet dish was not available when we visited today.
Portions were just right when the cutlets were very crispy and hot when served. In terms of thickness it wasn't as thick as Japanese versions. So if you're really hungry you might have to order one of the sets which includes noodles pairing.
I liked the handmade sirloin cutlet, also enjoyed the "rose" sauce with mushrooms for cutlets.
There's a hot/cold water station and a big pot of miso soup with refills for customers.
I wish the prices were lower for the sets, but despite that I would like to try the other dishes next time.
It's one of my favorite restaurants and I go there often.
I recommend pork cutlet, cheese pork cutlet, udon, tteokbokki, and buckwheat somen.
It's a food that most kids will enjoy, and it's especially recommended when you're in the mood for Korean-style pork cutlet. It's a delicious restaurant, and I hope it becomes more widely known so more people can try it.
It's so delicious that even though there are people who have never tried it, there is no one who has tried it once. ^^
Beautiful interior! I like the pink theme they have going on. I came here during lunch and there were plenty of seats. Ordering is really easy too. They have a kiosk or you can order with a person. Their menu is pretty expansive yet simple. They have noodle/soup combos with the main entree which is nice. I think there’s something for everyone, little children to older people too. It was very clean inside and the cheese katsu was super cheesy and yummy. The regular katsus were crispy and tender too! I would definitely come again !
A wonderful spot in the Glenview area for very filling and satisfying food. The cheese cutlets were very delicious along with their rose udon noodles. The staff are very friendly and always greeted you with a smile.
Counter service was quick and food was fresh on the Sunday afternoon that I visited. The lady at the counter was friendly too.
Self-serve free miso soup is a plus.
As for the katsu- 5 stars. Crispy and juicy, sauce is savory and sweet which is how I prefer it.
Got the jjol myun (spicy cold noodle) in the set and it was deliciously spicy and sweet with al dente noodles.
Will be going back for the other varieties.
Cutlet was delicious but the sauce was little bit too sweet.
I also got the rose udong which was too watery and bland. The udong was not even warm.
They have self bar for the miso soup and water next to the counter. The restaurant was cute and clean tho.
Had the garlic cutlet that comes with a side salad, white rice, and pickles. Very crispy and cooked well. Sauce was on the sweeter side but very tasty. Rice was good quality.
Ordering was done at a kiosk and is generally self service, at least during lunch hours. Food came out quick. There is a station for water and miso soup.
Very welcome addition to the restaurant options in the area. Will return.
A solid spot! Quality food and decent prices. I ordered the curry cutlet with spicy noodles. Loved it. I’m so glad a spot with quick and hot food opened up there. The person there was incredibly nice and helped us with the selection. I’ll def be back!
