I tried this place based upon the reviews and I was very impressed. The barber did a very good haircut and beard trim, shave and hot towel for $35. Definitely going to come back.
I've been going here for years back before the other barber passed away. I started working out of town for about 7 years, came back to work in Cullman and Charlie still remembers me. This is one of those hometown barber shops like you see on t.v. Where everybody knows everybody and the barber knows all the news. Charlie does a great job cutting hair! I miss the days of Kelly being there because of the added conversation, but Charlie is great. I will continue to go here until he closes it down.
The barbershop is one of the best I've been to. Charlie and John take good care of my son and I and there some of the best hair cutters I've ever had. Always Pleasant, good chat, clean shop and clean restroom. Gentle with children and conveniently located in downtown Cullman.
For a man with bread or not. This is the best place to go. Price is great and you get what you want. It's not about the bells and whistles. Just shave and hair cut.

This a great ol' school barber shop.They even have a old time register for check out.(Bring Cash) Plus candy for the kids. Great service with great prices! They do an excellent job of keeping you well cut. These guys are top notch. They are open early in the mornings too which was a huge plus for me. This is definitely a good place to go if your looking for that great old school barber shop in Cullman.
The Barbershop is the best barbershop in all of Cullman. Mr. Charlie is a master and Mr. John under Mr. Charlies tutileg is becoming a master himself. My son and I have our hair cut by either with a perfect result everytime. It is an old time barbershop and I am proud to have my son see an old school barbershop.
