My picky and borderline food snob wife and 2 children ate bagel sandwiches from here for brunch and dinner. They then asked to have the same thing again the very next day! That really speaks to how good this place is.
Delicious! Friendly fast service, easy coffee getting with yummy house blend, square pay with card or cash tip. Content café crowd vibe and nice decor. I'm so glad I chose this place this morning - will visit again anytime I'm in town!!
First, I want to say that the employees were absolutely amazing. They were extremely friendly, well organized, and were keeping things moving at a great pace.
That being said, to call what is sold here a bagel makes me cry inside and out. The “bagels” are flavorless, quite thin, and were literally just bread not a bagel. The only flavor in the bread was a weird burnt flavor.
My wife said my original comments I was going to post were too harsh, but I will say that this was the hands down the absolute worst “bagel” I’ve ever had.
The employees were amazing though. So if you like the bread here, make sure you’re tipping them well for their hard work. If you don’t tip, you should be making your own food at home.
Stayed at the Delta across the street on our way to a ski trip from PA and I scouted The Bagel Place prior to our trip. We were met with friendly staff and a clean establishment. I said I was not from the area and asked which bagel sandwich they suggested before skiing all day (she said the Baja). It was the best bagel sandwich I ever ate... along with an incredible cup of coffee. I only go up to VT once a year but will stop at the Bagel Place each time!
Great fresh breakfast! They serve Taylor Ham, a breakfast staple in my hometown in NJ. Thanks for the amazing food and lovely nostalgia after missing my home state for many years - what a treat!
Please guys MAKE a clear notes if someone asking NO ONION, and READ carefully those notes!!
This lox bagel was supposed to be my breakfast and lunch today BUT you loaded it with onion, there was barely any salmon, and lots of tomatoes.
Yes, I did try to take out the onion, but the smell of the bagel was very disgusting already so I had to throw it away. Plus my fingers now smell like onion and I do work with people all day(((
Not the first time disappointment with this place. It used to be the best bagel place in town.
I’d always left at least 15-20% tip before getting a service or taking a bite of a sandwich.
I don’t think it is a fair way of leaving a tips.
Got the triple double with sausage and Taylor ham on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. It was one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.
This place is the best, especially Mike and his team. He’s kind, funny, caring, always working with a smile, and leading a whole team of great people to genuinely do the same. I’ve been coming here for three years and I am always so happy to see how much fun the team is having while somehow making a never ending stream of bagel sandwiches at breakneck speeds and somehow getting our orders right every time.
I order some complicated sandwiches as well and change it up on the regular. Perfect every time none the less.
My family even has a bagel shop back in NYC, so I‘ve seen the pressure that goes into running a busy shop, and these amazing folks are just wonderful every time. 15/10 recommend :D
