Nothing fancy about this place. The food was really good but not great. I had a Ruben and it was tasty but small. It had deli style sliced corned beef. The disappointing part was to find out they have no fountain drinks. All drinks including tea are bottled. A sweet tea is $3 a bottle. That’s expensive when you drink a lot like me.
Owners make you feel right at home! Food is Fantastic!!! Now I know what Excellent down home cooking should taste like! Food tastes even better than the pictures!
This is the best place to go if your going to Butler to eat or live there and want to go out!!!! I totally recommend the Mac and cheese it was the best mac and cheese I have EVER HAD! Even asked for a to go order of it! Onion rings were perfect!!! Chicken tenders were just right!!! Everything was perfect! Wish I remembered to take a pic but the food was so good I forgot. The workers there were such amazing and funny people. Such a positive environment. I would recommend to anyone! Will definitely be going back again!
Okay, when we got there he drove by it, BUT to be honest he thought it was gonna be a little bigger. I told him it's got a sign that said additional parking was next door so that was great, but we turned around and someone was leaving, and we got a spot right next to the building. When you come in it's set up like you would be chillin with your whole family. It smelled like.. home! I could see the two ladies were hustling so we waited for a moment and when we spoke to one lady she has said we could sit wherever. My boyfriend and I looked at the menu from where we were sitting and they had a lot... Like Chinese food.. Italian food! And so much more.
I ordered the mess and my boyfriend got an omelet. Both were amazing and we shared pancakes. Oh my gosh. Amazing!!
Their hospitality is off the charts. They're kind. They were willing to tell me what they put in their omelette and all the meat.
I have to apologize I didn't have pictures of breakfast, but their menu is fantastic and large. I can't wait to come back. The ladies were hands down the best! Try their breakfast out! Try everything!
Don't let the outside of the building deter you. Our party of 3 had the best breakfast! Free coffee. Mounds of food. Yummy biscuits. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault!
I love the delicious home style meals at The Coup.
I try to have something different each time when the dish is available. I am looking forward to enjoying their upcoming new menu for 2024.
I have never been disappointed, and I always leave fully satisfied. Thank you, Ms. Carla, you and your crew are always such a joy to visit with.

The Coop is truly one place you don't want to pass up!! It's 2 ladys in a Lil kitchen cooking up good homesome soul food that your taste buds will love you for!! Not only is it delicious but the presentation on the plates are catching of the eye...The service is amazing the ladys are wonderful friendly and the laughs we had there was something we won't forget... We will b back and will bring all the family...If you haven't been there you should be!!
