I went there and I had such an amazing experience! I am so happy with the results. The man that did my hair his name is Daniel/Dat. He did a great job on my hair, I will most definitely come back. I recommend this place! 10/10
They were kind at first you know greeting and stuff, I came in for an upper lip wax, so the lady did the wax and once she was done I said thank you and I got in my car and checked myself in the mirror and I still had facial hair. So I decided to go back in and told the receptionist that I still had facial hair and she was telling me “no your seeing things” and I told her look I still have facial hair. So she sent me to the back and it seemed that she was mad that I came back. Usually when someone gives you a waxing service they make sure the wax isn’t hot, but this lady just put the hot wax straight to my face. After she was done she said “it’s just the oil that makes it look like you have hair”. She literally seemed like she was in a rush even though no one was there besides one other customer. So I left and went to my car and checked myself in the mirror and I still have FACIAL HAIR. I just decided to go home and not waste my time. Basically they stole me $5 for not completing the service. I get my hair done here regularly. I love being pampered and Thao's been in the business since the 90s so she's a seasoned hair stylist.
I came here last week to do my hair straighten. She told me do not do anything after 24 hours. I did what she told me. After 24 hours, I washed my hair. I thought of the hair would be straight like I wanted. Unfortunately my hair became curly. I took picture and sent to her. She told me to come back for her to see. I came today, she asked me if I tied my hair? I told her exactly what happened. She seemed like not want to redo it. She refused of doing straightening again. She just said she would trim my hair. Why do I need to trim my hair when I just need my hair straighten?! No responsible of what she did.
Never go back again.
I’ve been coming to Thao’s Salon for years. She always know what to do to make my hair happy again and again. Hard working and kind. You won’t be disappointed with her. Thank you as always
Highly recommend for anyone looking for someone to dye and cut your hair they know what they're doing! I will be taking the rest of my daughters there soon!
Friendly atmosphere. I like the massage and hair wash at the end of the hair cut. Affordable as well
Awesome experience! Great staff! Very nice and had my hair shampooed and eyebrow wax for the first time and was very nice!
