I spent a lil under a bill for several dishes. I specifically asked no bamboo on two dishes and one came back with bamboo. I was taking food home therefore didnt see that until later. Two entrees and we only got one order of steamed rice. Also they didn't ask the heat level i wanted and i it came back very spicy. I was unable to eat any of it. The appetizer sampler was pretty good although most of it was veggies rather than wings or eggrolls and the wontons were beyond done. The waitress was friendly and the thai iced teas were on point though. We hadn't been here in years, maybe its new ownership so ill still give them a 3 stars altogether
The food here is delicious! It doesn’t matter what I try I’m never disappointed. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are polite. Once, they forgot to put my side of fried rice in my order to go; when I returned (it had been a few weeks) and I forgot the name of the person I spoke with on the phone. I was a little disappointed that it was left unresolved, but I still enjoy this restaurant. Be sure to check your to go orders prior to leaving though, God bless!
I recommend there Cream cheese wonton. You can ask for just cream cheese or with crab. Their green Thai tea is soo good. Only if you like sweet stuff
This used to be one of our favorite Thai restaurants 15 years ago when we lived in the area. We decided to stop by since we were in the area. We ordered our food to go. When we asked why we were overcharged the server said they charge 10%gratuity for all orders over $75 dine in or to go????. I've never heard of any restaurants doing that. We are great tippers when we dine in, but gratuity shouldn't be forced. Why would I tip when I used my gas to drive from Rancho Cucamonga to place a to-go order? The food wasn't like it used to be it was just ok. I don't like to feel like someone is trying to get over on me. For that reason, we will never eat here again.
Couple wks ago my coworker bought me food from this place, it was really good.
I tried to repay the favor and buy my coworker lunch she wanted pad thai. I picked up our order to go, we were disappointed our pad thai was burn as soon as we opened the bag u can smell the burn , I also order a large pad thai, the portion seemed smaller than the last time. I didn’t have time to take the food back due to being at work.
I’m writing this review In hopes they read this, and in the future not to serve burned food to customers, and if you order to go always inspect your food before leaving.
Friendly staff, fast service, good food..been coming here for 15 years. All of there soups are tasty and they're happy to make changes to any dish! You can make any dish vegan as well which is awesome! Love the Thai tea! Soooo gooood!!!! They have a chili oil that’s killer fried tofu is a must!
Be careful. These guys are now charging 10% "gratuity" for take out order over 70.00 dollar charge. They don't even tell you when you order your food over the phone until you get there. These folks are crazy will go someplace else from now on. It's already expensive and now they arerobbingnpeookenwithnthisnextra tax, even if you don't eat there
We have been customers of Thai Place for past several years. The restaurant serves delicious Thai food for either dine-in or carry-out. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Eggplant Tofu and Fish Fillet Delight are awesome dishes to try.
